Warhorn game signup guide.
Once signed in and approved you will see a list of games currently available to Play or GM (Game Master / run). If you
know the game and willing to teach it and no one has signed up to GM please select that option.
If there is a game you want to play or would like to run / teach (GM) please send us an email though Warhorn or directly
to me [email protected] and we can set it up!
The list of games available will be updated with new offerings all the time so check back often.
Go to www.warhorn.net and click on Log In. (if you haven’t created an account yet click on Sign Up and then Log In)
Once logged in you will see this screen.
Click on the Events Listing tab near the Dashboard tab.
Type in RAGEcon in the search box and click go.
Click on RAGEcon 2014 highlighted in red.
Click on the Register for this Event button at the upper right of screen.
Add any notes to the comments section and click Register.
Each registration for the convention in Warhorn needs to be approved before you start scheduling events. I will do my
best to approve these as soon as they show up. Until you are approved you will not be able to sign up for games but
you can see the scheduled games listed so far.
Next to sign up for events as a player or to volunteer to run games and a GM (Game Master) click on Event Schedule.
Deselect the check mark in Show Session Details.
Now you will see a list of games available to sign up for on Friday June 27. Click on the 28 or 29th to see the games
available on those days and sign up for those games as well.
To sign up for a game, click on the game name under the Scenario column and select PLAY if you want to play that game
at that time. Or, if you would like to GM (setup and teach) the game click on GM. (Remember you will not see the PLAY
or GM option until your registration is approved. I will try to do those asap but if you can’t wait send me an email and
[email protected] and I will approve your registration right away.)
Click on the Save button to confirm you want to play (or GM) this game.
You will now be added as a Player or GM for that game. The Withdraw button will now be available if you need to cancel
that game. Please use the Withdraw feature if you know you are not going to be able to attend and game you sign up for
or if your schedule changes. This way others that want to play that game will have the opportunity. Signing up for games
and not attending could lead to all your scheduled games being canceled and no refund given. The day of the convention
if you know you cannot attend a game you signed up for please notify the convention Staff or the game GM.
When you log out then log in again you will see your Dashboard screen. Just click on the RAGEcon 2014 link in red to
return to games registration.
Make sure you visit RAGE-CON.COM and get your convention pass (3day pass or individual days) as Warhorn is only for
the game scheduling during the convention.
Also, don’t forget to take advantage of the great room rates offered through Circus Circus during the convention!
