Follow the online instructions - some screen shots are below to help.
A. Here is where you enter how many people from your family are registering.
Typically for our club registration is for children in the age group 4-17 yrs old. Players over the age of 18
are adults.
NOTE:
- If possible register the whole family in one go – it saves time for you and us.
- Always register from oldest to youngest.
- When it comes to the payment of fees the family membership tiered schedule applies (ie for multiple
players in one family). For example : for three children/players the first child will be charged $130, the
following $70 and the last child $50. This equates to a family membership of $250 for 3+ players.
B. This page is where you are registering your first member.


If you are a NEW PLAYER – who has never played football/registered for a NZ Club before –
you will need to select ‘I am registering to this Club for the first time’. Be aware that if you
have played Football somewhere else in the World, an International Transfer Clearance might
be required. Please check with you Club Admin first.
If you are a RETURNING PLAYER – have played/registered to a Club before and are reregistering for the 2016 season – you need to select either
‘I would like to request my username and password’, or
‘I have played in this Club before and have my username and password’

If you select ‘I would like to request my username and password’, your login credentials will
be sent to you via email, using the email address that you would’ve provided the last time
you registered. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER. Use the most recent username
and password if there is more than one.

C. If you have played before and have your username and password you click first box and you will see
below.

You would enter your username and password now.
D. If you have played before but don’t have username and password then you would click on the second
box and would see below. You would enter your email address and it will be sent to you.
Note: you must enter the email address you used to register the previous year. If you are no longer using
that email address you must register as a first time person.
E. If you are a first time member click on last box and you would see below
Click “Next” and go to the registration screen (below).

Click on continue after you have entered the initial information and keep registering until the entire form
is completed.
Once you have ticked the appropriate registration fee “box” as well as the Terms and Conditions “box”
then you will progress to the payments screen.
Online Payment Options
We regard a member of Greenhithe Football Club as a person who has fully paid their fees and fully
registered in 2016 via the online registration process or by agreement from the registrar/administrator of
the club.
At the completion of your registration online, you will be presented with the different fee options to select
from. Please select the correct option to ensure your registration is processed correctly.

Payment can be done online at the end of the online registration process via credit card. Please
note that a 3.9% processing fee is charged for online payments.
You will then be prompted to pay your registration fee online. Choose this option and the appropriate
registration fee (and 3.9% fee) will now show on screen.
Click “Pay Now” and complete the necessary fields.

If you wish to pay by Internet banking then Click “Click here to choose to pay later” and pay via
Internet banking (information below)
Payment can be done via Direct Credit into the clubs bank account, ASB 12-3011-0808885-00

Please clearly label your payment with the members’ full name and DOB.
Note: Do not use the registration number from the online registration as this will not
correspond to your direct credit payment. This reference number from the online registration
is for NFF and NZF admin use only.
Note: You do not need to pay the extra 3.9% credit card fee if you are paying via Internet
banking. Only the original fee is required. We do not refund if you add the 3.9% on when
banking this way.
We would appreciate prompt payment as players will only be allocated to a team once fees have been
received.

EMAIL
- If you cannot register online please email Karyn Gordon at [email protected] and a
registration option will be advised.
OPEN DAY
- The Open Day will be held on Sunday 14th February 2016 from 2-5pm at Wainoni Park,
Churchouse Rd, Greenhithe. On line registration will be available with the assistance of
committee members. There will be no EFTPOS payment facility – the only options being online
credit card or internet banking.
