Transformational leadership
 It’s
a style of leadership in which the followers and the
group members follow the leader who has a future
vision and plan and lead them by inspiration.
 In
this style leaders focus on helping every member of
the group succeed.
The model of the transformational
leadership

Inspirational motivation : Leaders guide followers by provide them the
sense of meaning and challenge to compete others. The followers work very
positively and effectively to enhance the teamwork.

Intellectual Stimulation: leaders encourage their followers to be innovative
and to be creative. So, when they come with new ideas , the leader must
never criticize them in public which is directly going to affect their works in
negative way.
The model of the transformational
leadership

Idealized Influence : Leader can influence followers only when he practices
what he lectures. The leaders act as role models that followers seek to
emulate. Such leaders always win the trust and respect of their followers
through their action.

Individualized Consideration : Here where the leader should monitor his
followers work activity and reward them to be productive and innovative.
Also, leader should involve them to make an organizational decisions.
Cultural leadership
 It
is another style of leadership in which leaders
attempt to understand how individuals of different
cultures interact with each others in a work place.
 Leaders
should put in mind the nationalities and
cultural differences of members ( Indian , American ,
Arabica ) and try to treat them equally without
discrimination.
Symbolic leadership
 It
is a leadership style based on establishing and
maintaining a strong organizational culture.
 Symbolic
leaders use symbols ,traditions and stories to
get their followers to buy their vision in meetings or
presentations of how the leaders use those stories to
frame their organizations.
Conclusion

When we define leadership ,it’s all about how the leader lead his
followers and how he motivates them to achieve an organizational
goals , but in my view the leader has to be good as a man who kindly
behave and respect his followers view and never criticize them in
public. This will help leader to impose his personality and to create a
strong relationship in the work place.

