Problem:
Not informing subscribers that the time limit to use mobile internet service is exceeded ;
Practicing excessive prices out the option compare to the price of the mobile Internet option from your
mobile phone.
Suffers the consumer;
Solutions:
Verbal agreement with ANRCETI
 Regulation amendment - notification of the subscribers on the package traffic expiration
Honorable Diploma of the World Bank awarded to the Competition Council
of the Republic of Moldova for this achievement

BNM (National Bank of Moldova) :
Problem:
• not submitting to the consumer the exhaustive information on the contracted credit
Solutions:
•Intervention of the Competition Council;
•Amendment to the Regulation on revealing the information on their financial activity by
the accredited banks in the Republic of Moldova;
• Existence on the official website of the bank of a tool for solving equations to
determine the total cost of credit for the consumer;

Commercial Banks and ÎS “Poşta Moldovei”:
Problem:
•Dual perception from consumers and suppliers of the
additional fees
Solution :
•Eliminating additional fees
