Teamwork can be in multiple areas such as health, technology, education, manufacturing, commerce and so on. And teamwork required to be there one person leads this group chooses his team as a leader. This leader has specific qualities and qualifications enable him to become a leader. Teamwork is useful because it facilitates the work done quickly and share ideas and information with each other. The company or organization wants the effective teams because the effective team works hard and more powerful than the weak team. So, the team development must be effective. Real examples can be mentioned when King Abdulaziz make a strong team for the opening of Saudi Arabia and standardization. (1) Effective Training Principles The first principle is Teams and team development is about results, and the second is Know what you are trying to build. The third is Team development is process, not an event. The fourth is Just in time is the best time for training. The fifth is Development must be a felt need of the team. The sixth is Team development demands a safe environment. The seventh is Use the work of the team to build the team. The eighth is There are no shortcuts to team effectiveness. Stages in Team Development The first one is Forming: a group of people comes together to accomplish a shared purpose. The second is Storming: Disagreement about mission, vision and approaches combined with the fact that team members are getting to know each other can cause strained relationships and conflict. The third is Norming: The team has consciously or unconsciously formed working relationships that are enabling progress on the team’s objectives. The fourth is Performing: Relationships, team processes, and the team’s effectiveness in working on its objectives are synching to bring about a successfully functioning team. Finally Transforming: The team is performing so well that members believe it is the most successful team they have experienced. Communication in Teams How teams communicate: When you communicate effectively with your team it eliminates confusion and can foster a healthy and happy workplace. Effective communication with your team will also allow you to get work done more quickly and efficiently. As the business owner, it's your responsibility to rectify any communication problems with your workers. Once you get the lines of communication open with your team, the process of completing tasks and projects will probably go by much more smoothly. (4) Why communication is so important in effective teams: Communication processes for the team that works effectively will increase the motivation and confidence and respect between members and improve the decision-making processes dramatically improves the performance of the team.
