FC Boston Showcase Details - For players aspiring to play at the collegiate level
Age Group Change - Due the US Soccer Age Group Changes
 our U15 (2002) Age Group will no longer be a part of the FC Boston College Showcase and all
U15 teams will compete in the Invitational portion of our tournament. We will make sure
your teams are appropriately charged the $895.00 Invitational Fee versus $995 College
Showcase.
 FC Boston College Showcase Age Groups will now be U16 (2001) – U19 (1998)
Field Changes – We are Committed to Give Our Teams the Best Experience
 All FC Boston College Showcase Games will now be played on the University of
Massachusetts Campus in Amherst, MA in one location.
 This allows all College Coaches attending the showcase to be at one 22 field complex giving
them the ability to see all our showcase games.
Hotel Changes - With Field Changes There are Hotel Changes
 We are finalizing securing new partner hotels for the Amherst/Springfield Area and a list of
those hotels will be emailed to all Showcase teams very shortly.
 UMass will also be making available Suites in the Commonwealth School across from the
fields with linen service over the weekend and we will be sending out that info and process
too.
 Showcase teams will have enough time to find housing for the weekend and the tournament
is committed to work with you to obtain that housing.
About the FC Boston College Showcase at UMass and the Amherst Area
 University of Massachusetts in Amherst is a part of the 5 Colleges System, which includes
Amherst College, Hampshire College, Smith College and Mount Holyoke College.
 Other colleges in the area include Springfield College, American International, Western New
England College and Westfield College. Many other colleges are less than 1 hour away.
 Teams will play in the 4th best college town in the USA, according to CollegeRank.net!
