SEED FUNDING SCHEME – Round 2
APPLICATION FORM
This application form consists of three elements:
A) Checklist.
B) Proposal.
C) Supporting Documentation. A statement of no more than one page must be included for each
team member with the following information: (1) current position; (2) expertise relevant to the
current proposal, including track record and (3) list of current grants and/or publications in areas
relevant to the proposal.
Please note that not all sections in this application will be relevant to all activities. The application must be
submitted as a single PDF file.
