Samba Dining Programme - Terms and Conditions
The Samba Financial Group (“Samba”) Dining Programme – The Samba Dining Programme provides ‘Buy One Get One
Free’ offers and Discounts (“Offers”) at participating restaurants (“Preferred Restaurants”).
The Samba Offers are being provided through a third party, International Marketing Communications FZCO (“IMC”).
The Samba Dining Programme does not require any prior enrollment. The Samba Dining Programme can only be availed for
offer redemption by the Samba Credit Card Member.
Preferred Restaurants - Preferred Restaurants are those restaurants in the UAE where Offers can be redeemed with the
Samba Credit Card. The Preferred Restaurants are listed in the Restaurant Guide and on the Bank’s website www.samba.ae
B1G1F offers and Discounts (Offers)- ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offers and Discounts at Preferred Restaurants available on
the Samba Credit Card. These Offers are available within the UAE only. The offer may apply either as a deduction of the cost
of one least expensive main course or main menu item (when two or more main courses or main menu items are ordered)
or may apply as a discount on the dining bill. The Offers are listed in the Restaurant Guide and on the Bank’s website
www.samba.ae
The Restaurant Guide - The Restaurant Guide is the catalogue of Preferred Restaurants and their Offers available to Samba
Credit Card Members. The Restaurant Guide will be sent to eligible Card Members via courier or via post. The updated list of
Offers is available on Samba’s website www.samba.ae
Eligible Card Members
The Samba Dining Programme is available complimentary to Samba Platinum, Titanium and Gold Credit Card Members
which also include Samba Al-Khair Platinum, Titanium and Gold Credit Cards. The Samba Programme will be offered as per
eligibility criteria decided by Samba from time to time.
Offer Redemption
1. The Offers can be redeemed at Preferred Restaurants only when the purchase is made using a Samba Credit Card. In order
to receive the dining discount, the customer needs to i) present the Samba Credit Card while asking for the bill and
ii) pay for the meal using the Samba Credit Card.
2. Card Members will receive the Offers at Preferred Restaurants on the total amount of the bill minus any tax or service
charges.
3. The Dining Offer may not apply on certain items like beverages, shisha, retail purchase, etc.
4. The Offers can only be claimed against purchases made at Preferred Restaurants but cannot be paid in cash.
5. The Samba Credit Card must be presented at the point of purchase to redeem the offer. A Preferred Restaurant has the
right to deny the discount if Samba Credit Card is not presented while asking for the bill.
6. The use of the Samba Credit Card in conjunction with any other publicly announced promotions or reductions offered is
at the discretion of Preferred Restaurants.
7. The Samba Offers may not be valid on festival days such as: 24/25/31 December, 1 January, 14 February, 21 March, or
during promotions.
8. The Offers may be used for both takeaway and dine-in (not for delivery unless otherwise specified).
9. The Preferred Restaurant will deduct the cost of one least expensive main course when ordering two or more main
course(s) or provide a discount on the dining bill.
Samba Dining Offer
Samba Dining Programme Validity
1. The Samba Dining Programme is subject to the validity of the Samba Credit Card. It shall be terminated immediately upon
closure of the Samba Credit Card.
2. Samba may suspend or terminate the Samba Dining Programme at any time without reason or notice and on Terms and
Conditions as Samba in its sole discretion determines. Samba will not be liable for any loss of damage that may arise
from any suspension or termination.
3. Samba reserves the right to withdraw the advantages of Samba Dining Programme if the user abuses the scheme, other
customers or staff, or makes a false application.
Disputes on Discount
If a Preferred Restaurant does not honour the valid Offer, the instance can be reported within 2 working days by calling IMC
at 04 335 1400 during office hours (9am – 6pm, Sun - Thur) or email [email protected].
The Card Member must provide complete details to IMC vis-a-vis Merchant name and location, date of purchase, discount
denied and purchase information.
If the Card Member has a dispute on the discount, IMC will take reasonable efforts to solve the dispute.
Additional Terms and Conditions
a) The Offers are subject to the prescribed Samba Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Service
Provider (i.e. IMC). Samba reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time or withdraw this offer at
any time without any prior notice. By availing of the Offer, the Card Member accepts and agrees to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions.
b) Samba assumes no responsibility with respect to the services provided by the service partner (IMC).
c) The Card Member understands and acknowledges that the Samba Dining Programme is a service offered by Samba and
it will be performed by IMC. IMC and Samba are independent contractors to each other and Samba will have no liability
to the Card Member for any claims which the Card Member may have against IMC for services rendered by it to the Card
Member.
d) Samba will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or disruptions in the operation of the Samba Dining Programme.
e) Samba or IMC may amend the Offers or add/remove restaurants from the Programme at any time.
f) Preferred Restaurants may exclude products or services from being eligible for the Offers without prior consent or
notice. At certain Preferred Restaurants, Offers may be subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn without
notice.
g) Samba is not responsible if a Preferred Restaurant changes its discount due to new ownership or acquisition.
h) Samba will not be liable in any way if any participating Preferred Restaurant fails to provide the Offer on any product.
Samba does not accept any liability in connection with the failure or refusal of any participating Preferred Restaurant to
provide products. Samba does not accept any liability or responsibility for the quality or suitability of products offered
by the Preferred Restaurants.
i) No Preferred Restaurant has any authority, express or implied to make a representation, warranty or statement on behalf
of Samba or in relation to the Samba Dining Programme and Samba accepts no liability in respect of any representation,
warranty or statement made by any Preferred Restaurant.

j) Card Members acknowledge that Preferred Restaurants and not Samba will supply products and services treatments.
Accordingly, Samba does not give any guarantee undertaking or warranty concerning the products or services supplied
or the performance of any participating Preferred Restaurant. All conditions and warranties whether express or implied
and whether arising under statute or otherwise as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or
services supplied by any Preferred Restaurant are expressly excluded.
k) The Samba Dining Programme may be amended, withdrawn or replaced at any time without notice.
l) Samba is not liable in case of any dissatisfaction with regard to delivery, service or quality of the Samba Dining
Programme.
m) Samba and IMC’s interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final and binding.
