Each day, starting April 10 through May 1, 2017, the Lottery will randomly choose five (5)
NUMBERS GAME promotional ticket serial numbers from tickets purchased for the previous
day’s (April 9 through April 29) drawings. Each valid promotional ticket serial number is only
eligible for one promotional drawing to win $500. Winning serial numbers will be posted on
masslottery.com after 2:00 p.m. the following business day.
On May 1, serial numbers from all NUMBERS GAME promotional tickets drawn April 10 through
May 1, 2017 which have already won $500 will be entered into a second promotional drawing.
One of these serial numbers will be randomly chosen, and the holder of that ticket's serial number
will win an additional $5,000! The winning serial number will be posted at masslottery.com after
4:00 p.m.

Purchase any four-digit NUMBERS GAME wager for $1 or more starting April 9 through April 29,
2017 for a BONUS chance to win $1,000! Each day, starting April 10 through May 1, 2017, the
Lottery will post a BONUS four-digit number on masslottery.com after 2:00 p.m. If the four-digit
number you played for either the mid-day or evening NUMBERS GAME drawing matches the four
-digit BONUS number the Lottery posts the following day in the exact order, you will win $1,000!
(e.g., If your ticket purchased on April 9 reads “1234” and the Lottery posts a BONUS number of
“1234” on April 10; you will win $1,000!)
Do not mail in your NUMBERS GAME promotional ticket. Winning ticket holders in these promotions must physically claim
their prizes by June 1, 2017 at a Lottery regional office. (Check www.masslottery.com for office locations.) To claim a prize,
the holder of the ticket containing the winning promotional serial number or winning BONUS number must present the
actual winning ticket, valid photo identification, and for $1,000 and $5,000 prizes, proof of social security number. Prize
check will be mailed approximately two weeks after prize is claimed. Actual prize amount will be less applicable taxes and
withholdings.
