OFFICIAL RULES
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
1. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course will host a “Marquee Millionaire Last Chance Tournament” beginning at
12:00 am on Monday, March 21, 2016 and conclude at 11:59:59 pm on Friday, March 25, 2016.
2. All times referred to throughout these rules are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
ELIGIBILITY
1. There is no entry fee for this tournament and is open to all Marquee Rewards® members.
2. Participants must be 21 years or older, possess a valid government issued photo ID and have a Marquee Rewards card.
3. Participants must consent to the use of their first name, city and photograph forpromotional purposes. Refusal to do so will result
in prize loss and redistribution.
4. Employees of M Resort, the Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV, and PNGI, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible
to participate in this event.
5. Guests that have already been awarded a Marquee Millionaire Seat for the 2016 tournament are not eligible to participate in this event.
6. Participants must consent to the use of their first name, city and photograph for promotional purposes. Refusal to do so will result
in prize loss and redistribution.
7. Participants must be willing and able to travel via commercial airline. The 1st Place Grand Prize Winner will participate in the
Marquee Millionaire Final Tournament held in Las Vegas, NV May 19, 2016 through May 22, 2016 for a chance to win One-Million Dollars*.

TOURNAMENT
1. Invited Marquee Rewards Members earn a twenty (20) spin round of tournament play for every five hundred (500) tier points
($500 coin-in). After each increment of five hundred (500) tier points earned, Members will be prompted by the VLT machines iView
or Display Manager (DM) display screen to activate their tournament rounds.
2. There is no limit to the quantity of tournament rounds Members can earn and participate in for the week.
3. For each tournament round the amount of points the player will begin with is zero. Each spin will accumulate a number of points
depending on the outcome of the spin. The final score will be determined by the total amount of tournament points accumulated
during the week.
4. Tournament points do not count towards Member tier points and do not have any value.
5. As additional rounds of tournament play are earned and played, each participant’s points accumulate into an overall weekly total
which is used to determine the winners.

1. At the conclusion of the tournament week, thirty (30) Members with the highest accumulated points for the week will be awarded

2. The top 30 highest accumulated point earners for the week will be contacted beginning on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 10:00 am.
3. Winners do not need to be present to win. The seat winner will have seven (7) days following the notification of their win to visit
Player Services and fill out the required paperwork.
4. Marquee Millionaire Seat includes: round trip airfare for two (2), four (4) Nights at M Resort from May 18, 2016 to May 22, 2016,
and ground transportation to and from the airport to M Resort in Las Vegas, NV.
5. The seat winner must present a valid photo I.D. as well as their Marquee Rewards card to claim their prize.
6. The seat winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
7. Failure to visit Player Services within the time allotted with forfeit the prize from the prize pool. If this is the case, the
Marquee Millionaire seat will be awarded at a later date at Management’s discretion.
8. Free VLT Play will be credited to each winner’s Marquee Rewards® account within twenty four(24) hours. Free VLT Play credits
will be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and will expire at 11:59pm on the final valid date.
GENERAL RULES
1. Participants must agree to the use of his or her first name, city & state and photograph for advertising and promotional
purposes without charge or additional compensation.
2. Persons on the Ohio Voluntary Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in this program.
3. Employees of M Resort, the Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV, and PNGI, together with their immediate family members, are not
eligible to participate in this event.
4. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, cash, coupons, or lost/misdirected mail.
5. Program benefits are not transferable between patrons. Determination will be made at the sole discretion of Hollywood Gaming
at Mahoning Valley Race Course.
6. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course may disqualify any person based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of
program rules or other misconduct.
7. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course reserves the right to refuse complimentary redemptions if it is determined that
the true cardholder is not present or that coupons or a complimentary reward has been changed, altered or tampered with in any way.
8. Use of the Marquee Rewards card indicates acceptance of these Official Rules.
9. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Management in a manner deemed by them to be
the fairest outcome for all concerned. That decision shall be final and binding. In addition, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley
Race Course reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at any time.
10. Any change or cancellation of the program must be approved by the Ohio Lottery Commission prior to the change or cancellation.
