Description of HEI
SHLUP “Metropolitan Tirana University” , is a private
University in Tirana, Albania, which is been established since
2010. The private “Metropolitan Tirana University” is financed
by a group of investors in the field of engineering,
architecture, technology and economics, which are the
founders of the Group "Future University of Tirana" (FUT
GROUP), with a mission of education, research, innovation
and development of the new talents in the business field.
Mission of "Metropolitan Tirana University" (UMT) is to
prepare young leaders and senior specialists in engineering,
economics and information technology, capable to work in
national, regional and European market. UMT is composed of
two faculties, 1) Faculty of Engineering and 2) Faculty of
Economics. Faculty of Engineering prepares professionals in
the field of Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering and
Architecture Engineering, profiles, these, the most required in
actual Albanian labor market. Faculty of Economy aims to
educate a new generation of economists, financiers and
business managers, able to respond to the demands of a
global market economy and challenges competition from
increasingly strong local, national, regional and global
markets, as well as changes from technological innovations.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Based on our University main aim, to prepare young leaders of the Albanian business
and senior specialists in engineering, economics and information technology, able to
work both in the national, regional and European market our partnership, we are
strongly expressing our interests for potential partner and possibilities, in order to:
- Enabling students to further studies
- Enabling students to further trainings
- Enabling students to further qualifications and publications in their field of studies
- Improving the academic program, based on international best practices
- Enabling of taking part in the common research program, as a part of the study
program of the second cycle and Master Professional
- Staff mobility for training and experience exchange
- Improving the academic program, based on international best practices.
