Subregion (GMS) countries - Who and what can they
own (land, equity, other assets)?
• Why is ownership important to the state and to the
private investor?
• Is ownership more important to a foreign investor than
a domestic investor?
• What are the pros and cons to the state having a more
liberal ownership policy vis-à-vis infrastructure
development?

or classes of assets (e.g. land, equity, national security
projects, cross-border, etc.)?
