WAIVER OF RIGHT RELATING TO RECCOMENDATIONS OF THIRD PARTY
CONTRACTORS AND HOME INSPECTIONS
WHEREAS, in the normal course of real estate business dealings, Clients often request Agents, who are
affiliated with Team West Real Estate, to recommend third party contractors or providers of services, who
are known to Agents, to Clients in order to facilitate the curing of defects or improvement of property and,
WHEREAS, Agents, who are affiliated with Team West Real Estate, often wish to make
recommendations to Clients regarding third party contractors or service providers in order to provide high
quality customer service and, WHEREAS, Agents, who are affiliated with Team West Real Estate, often
cure defects on behalf of Clients in order to facilitate transactions then premises considered this waiver of
rights is made on the _____ day of _________in the year of 2010 between (Clients), and (Agent) and
Team West Real Estate, in order to insure that Said Client understands that he or she proceeds at their
own risk with regard to the hiring, quality of workmanship of, timeliness of services etc., of any third party
contractor or service provider recommended by Agent.
Neither Agent nor Team West Real Estate has the authority to warranty or create any warranty whatsoever
regarding third party contractors or service providers. Any such recommendation made by Agent is strictly
gratuitous and shall be construed as same. Any arrangements, contracts, etc., entered into by Client is done
so solely by Client and Client should beware. Furthermore, Client shall hold harmless Agent and Team
West Real Estate for any actions Agent takes on behalf or Client that are done in order to assist Client’s
interests and facilitate the transaction. By signing this waiver, Client fully understands and freely and
voluntarily consents to waive any and all causes of action against Agent and Team West Real Estate, that
spring from any recommendation made by Agent regarding persons who may be capable of performing
services for Client. By signing this waiver, Client fully understands and freely and voluntarily consents to
waive any and all causes of action against Agent, and Real Estate, that spring from any action taken by
Agent on Client’s behalf regarding the curing of any defect in property. Home Inspections are always
HEAVILY RECOMMENDED in ALL transactions by buyer’s choice of inspector. For a full list of
