Control Ball Valve
Summary: V-SERIES electronics control ball valve is
designed to regulate the flow, high reliability and life. It
3、 V-SERIES electronics valves use stainless steel ball valve spool and
stem, applied in HVAC projects：
 Applied working temperature:-5 to 121 ºC
 Applied in 50% glycol
 Applied in 100kPa saturation steam
 Applied in ferruginous water system
adopts PTFE graphite enhanced valve body O-ring and
double EPDM valve rod O-ring. Set Distribution
Butterfly Valve, stands reverse pressure. Percentage
flux。Close off is 1.3 MPa. Rating working pressure is
PN16. Maximum Pressure Drop: 0.35 MPa. It has manual
enforcement short circuit button. Working temperature is -5℃ to 121 ℃。
Application: water, steam or 50% glycol and water

load situation. A rectification plate of high intensity material is placed
inside to avoid shed.

5、 V-SERIES valve connecting pieces are made from high intensity
material。

 Applied in high or low temperature situation
 Anti-chemical corrosion
 Save space for pipe heat preservation prior
 Match with ABQ series actuator. Only 4 screws needed to contact
connect pieces with valves
6. O-ring of spool of the valve is made from lead with PTFE. Double
stem is made from EPDM：
 Extremely anti-wear
 Lower torque needed when open/close
 Double anti-leak stem
 PTFE Teflon stem orientation circle
