We have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions indicated on the 2 nd/3rd page of this contract. We hereby agree to rent the
booth/space indicated above at the said exhibition and we undertake to be bound and observe and perform such conditions and pay
down payment of the said booth/space rental within 5 days after we receive this contract copy signed by exhibition organizer. Reduction
of space/booth may be allowed by the exhibition organizer at its discretion without providing any reason whether or not to accept such
request. In case of cancellation or withdrawal from participation by Exhibitor, the paid amount would be forfeited. If balance payment is
not completed till July 14, 2017, contract is automatically terminated and the paid amount would be forfeited.

TERMS OF CONTRACT & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR EXHIBITORS
Clause 1 (Definition)
'Participant' means company,cooperative,other groups and individual. 'Exhibition' means 'The 6th LOHAS Exhibition 2017'. 'Organizer' means 'LOHAS Exhibition Office, Kakyo Co.,Ltd.'.
Clause 2 (Application of participation)
1. Party who wants to participate at the exhibition shall fill in the application form, sign and submit to organizer.
2. Participant shall fully pay whole payable amount including VAT. Participation contract is regarded to be closed only after the full payment is made. In case there is no more available exhibition space left or
participation item is not regarded proper for the exhibition, organizer can reject acceptance of participation application. And depending on the situation of exhibition, organizer may return the participation application
together with the payment within 15 days after receipt even though the participation application is already received.
3. Participant shall immediately report to organizer if there occurs any change with the content of already submitted documents such as participation application, technical support request, etc. Participant will be
responsible for any incurred damage arising from failure of such report.
Clause 3 (Booth layout)
1. Organizer allocates each booth considering time of application, booth space, characteristics of participation item and other reasonable factors to which participants cannot raise objection.
2. Organizer may change allocated booth position or space under discussion with participant in case such necessity exists, as long as it is before the construction of the booth. In such event, participant shall
cooperate with organizer unless participant has any inevitable reason not to do so.
Clause 4 (Administration of exhibition site)
1. Participant shall assign a personnel at exhibition booth for perfect administration.
2. Organizer may order immediate stop, removal or taking out in case participant exhibits any item not listed at the application form or item which does not match characteristics of exhibition. In this case, down
payment is not refunded and participant cannot demand compensation.
3. Organizer can prevent specific person from entering exhibition site when necessary.
4. Participant cannot transfer, sell or exchange whole or part of exhibition booth to/with others without prior written consent from organizer.
5. Participant shall not alter anything at the floor, pillar or wall of the exhibition site. If any damage arises owing to such alteration, participant shall properly indemnify organizer for the damage according to demand
from organizer.
6. Organizer can selectively exclude or limit specific exhibition item so as to maintain order and secure safety or to prevent any behavior that may cause social criticism.
Clause 5 (Participation expenses payment condition)
1. ‘Participation expenses’ include booth rent and technical support fee (electricity, internet, etc)
2. For standard booth, 1 set of information desk/chair, standard partition 3 pieces (1 for backside and 2 for lateral sides),floor made of polyester poplin, 1 piece of signboard, electric power (1kw), Lighting shall be
provided. For other facilities / supplies, exhibitor is supposed to pay additionally.
3. For the customized/independent booth, exhibition authority provides exhibition space only. And exhibitor should acquire space for more than 2 booths space.
4. For the customized/independent booth, construction should be done by exhibitor itself except for the floor and exhibitor shall submit in advance blue print designed by service provider designated by exhibition
office. Exhibitor shall pay for all the facilities inside the space.
5. Participant shall pay 100 % of the whole participation expense till July 14, 2017. Organizer reserves the right to decline participation in case down payment or balance payment is not made within the stipulated time.
6. Contract is automatically cancelled and down payment is not refunded if balance is not paid till deadline or if participant cancels participation after deadline of application.
7. In case participant fails to pay up expenses such as technical support fee, etc., organizer may selectively hold exhibits of the participant till participant pays up those expenses.
Clause 6 (Cancellation of participation or change of exhibition space by participant)
1. Participant shall notify organizer immediately in writing in case participant wants to cancel use of whole or part of the acquired exhibition space.
2. If cancellation letter is received till July 31,2016, then organizer will refund 50 % of the participation expense received from participant. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
3. No interest related with refund will be paid back.
Clause 7 (Cancellation or change of the exhibition by organizer)
In case organizer cancels the exhibition for its own reason, whole participation expenses already paid up will be returned to participants. (No interest shall be paid). However, it will not be returned if the exhibition duration is
changed or cut down due to God's act or any other special situation for which organizer is not responsible. In this case, participant cannot demand compensation to organizer.
Clause 8 (Construction of booth and display of exhibits)
Participant shall complete booth construction, carrying in and display of the exhibits on the designated space within the stipulated time.
Clause 9 (Removal of exhibits and equipments)
Participant shall remove all exhibits and equipments within the stipulated time after exhibition is finished. If removal is delayed, participant shall immediately pay up all the incurring expenses to organizer.
Clause 10 (Guarding of exhibition site, risk and insurance)
1. Organizer will take proper guarding measures for participants and visitors.
2. Participant is wholly responsible for damage or loss of the exhibits or equipments that may happen on the assigned exhibition space during exhibition and booth building / removal period.
3. In case organizer or other person is damaged by fire, theft, breakage or other accident that occurs by participant's intention or mistake, participant will be wholly responsible and will also be responsible for the
insurance for the exhibits, etc.
Clause 11 (Fireproofing rules)
1. All the equipments and materials inside the exhibition space should be nonflammable according to the Fire Services Act of Korea.
2. Participant shall be wholly responsible for electric leakage or fire that may arise on the exhibition space during period of booth construction, exhibition and removal.
3. Organizer can demand certain action related with fire prevention to exhibitor as deemed necessary.
Clause 12 (Supplement)
1. Organizer may make supplementary rule that is not included at the exhibition contract if necessary.
2. Newly made supplementary rules are regarded as part of exhibition agreement and participant shall abide by those rules.
3. Participant shall abide by all the regulations and rules made by organizer.
Clause 13 (Disputes)
Settling of all the disputes on the interpretation of rights and responsibilities that arise between organizer and participant will depend on the discretion of the Korean court.
