rise and seemingly every man who
harnesses the ability to grow facial hair
is doing so. Now is the time to introduce
products designed specifically for
beards to your clients. We all know
that brittle, broomstick beards are for
hermits and newbies. Sleek, healthy
beards and ‘staches are for real men!
Make sure your team is equipped with

take advantage of this trend.
HERE IS THE PLAY-BY-PLAY:
•Position Gibs Beard Oil testers where all Team Members have easy access.
•Apply Gibs Beard Oil to every client with facial hair.
•Explain the benefits of using a beard oil: Five essential oils work together to soften
and tame coarse, unruly facial hair. Using this product will leave your beard soft and
smooth while also moisturizing the skin underneath.
•Explain that only one drop is enough to use for their entire beard.
•Don’t forget to mention the other uses for this oil. It can be used as a tattoo oil to
brighten and refresh their ink and also has a smoothing oil for the hair.
•Go in for the 2 Pt Conversion by showing your client all the different scents and
asking which one they like best.
PEP RALLY BEARD ACTIVITIES
Here are some fun Pep Rally activities centered around beards:
1. Bearded Bingo - Create a Bingo Card with Gibs Beard Oil ingredients and product
names. Call out the key features of each ingredient of the product. Have team
members mark the box they think best fits.
2.Bearded Selfie Contest - Challenge your team members to take a selfie with their
bearded customers and a Gibs product. Post photos to your store’s Facebook
page. The selfie with the most “likes” will win a prize.
3. Split your team members into teams and assign each group a product. Each
group must create a 30-second commercial advertising their product. Choose a
winning team and post their commercial to the store’s social media page.
