If the screen gets stuck , call Billing Services or Agency Interface for assistance • Enrollment forms are also available via FOA. 14 Module Three: For Our Agents • Any payment uploaded at the agent’s office is immediately applied to insured’s account. This includes: › Visa or MasterCard › ACH from Insured Bank Account › Agency EFT (Agency Sweep) • The payment can be viewed immediately on the Bill Account History accessed via “For our Agents” • Agent sweep installment payments may be made via “For our Agents” and will pull from the agent’s account within 72 hours • QBE will reimburse the agent any fees they incur if the agent makes a sweep on behalf of the insured, but the insured’s check bounces • Payments made by 6pm Central time online or through the VRU will be visible in the account history on the following day.
