Q: How do I register my team?
A: Registration is a 2-STEP process, see below:
Step 1:
➠ Login to our website www.cochranevolleyball.net on the Sports Illustrated Play Platform to register your team
to the new season of volleyball and unlock full features of the online and mobile platforms.
1. Login to the website with existing account or create a new account. If you or previous team captain have
an account with the website, login with you or your previous captain’s email/password. Your players list
will be accessible to you as unassigned volunteers and players on your TEAMWALL.
2. Choose Registrant - Choose Existing Team or create New Team
3. Choose Session/Division
4. Select ✔Register
5. Input your own Registration Information as a Volunteer and Player, (2 steps). Select your role as Team
Captain. If you have your players roster information you may complete your roster now or finish later. It is
necessary to set your team members up as Volunteers AND as Players. One volunteer/player must be
assigned to complete registration.
6. Continue to Checkout
7. Select Pay OTHER (Check may also be listed, if you choose this you will still be directed to eservices).
8. Comment input will be TOC eservices pymt
9. Select Complete Payment
10. Select Order Complete
Step 2:
➠ CLICK THE LINK TO www.cochrane.ca/eservices
You will be taken to the Town of Cochrane website. Follow the registration procedure and select the
League/Division of your choice if there are spots available. Follow TOC registration instructions and complete
your payment by Credit Card.
➠ YOUR 2-STEP REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETE!
Q: How do I setup my TEAMWALL?
A: You must setup your TEAMWALL on the website first:

Login to www.cochranevolleyball.net to access your account and TEAMWALL to manage your team.
Anyone can go to the website to check information, schedules, download forms etc. without logging in.

TIP: setup a team Gmail account so that everyone on the team has access to the account and can login
using the same email and password. It is easier to remember a team email.


Sports Illustrated Play (SIPLAY) TEAMWALL is available on your Android or iPhone APP Store to
manage your on the go team business. Full features are available on SIPLAY League website to manage
everything you need to run your team.

Review the league Rules & Regulations and share with your team mates. We promote sportsmanship
and friendship in our Recreational/Competitive Leagues.

Go to Coach Tools to setup your roster. You must enter your players as Volunteers AND Players to
capture all the information you need to allow players to receive league emails and participate in TEAM
CHAT.

You or your players can edit their personal information in the two lists (volunteer and player) to be sure it
is correct. They can upload a photo and start an album for sharing with the team.

You or your players can edit the look of the website to personalize it.

Download/print waivers and have players sign them and submit hard copies to TOC recreation office, OR
photograph/scan the pages and send to [email protected].

Waivers must be submitted by October 31th, 2016. New players brought into the league throughout the
season must complete a waiver as submit to TOC via email or at the recreation office.

Rosters must be completed online by October 31st, 2016 and kept up to date as new players come along.
Q: What type of leagues are offered?

WOMEN’S 6’S VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE: 12 Teams, 4 teams/Tier










Sept 7, 2016 to Mar 31, 2017
Open Tournament Apr 1-2, 2017 at SLS, preferred fee
Wednesdays, Spray Lakes Gym 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Wednesdays, Glenbow School 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm
SLS matches will be 2 games per match, 2 matches per night
Glenbow matches will be best of 5, 1 match per night, (play as many games as 1.5 hours will
allow)
Sports Illustrated Play League Management, online and mobile platforms.

Teams will be seeded into 3 tiers at the start of the season. Teams will play a number of roundrobins in the Fall to allow for tier adjustments as teams settle into new tier positions based upon
standings.
Scores must be updated at the end of match play via the mobile app or desktop website. It is
the responsibility of teams to input results within 24 hours of match play.
MIXED 6’S VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE: 16 Teams, 8 teams/Division





Division 1 - Competitive, 8 team maximum

Q: How do I play in the league?
A: To join an existing team, download the league contact list from the DFF tab and email team captains
directly. Come out to a league night and introduce yourself to a team to inquire about subbing.
To get on the Subwait list, download the current excel doc from the DFF tab, fill it in and email to
[email protected].
Q: How do I post my results to the website and mobile app?
A: Results will be open for updating once your match has started. Follow these instructions:
 Login to cochranevolleyball.net and go to your TEAMWALL
 You can post your results to any match in the current schedule that has happened
 Each match consists of 2 games with 2 eligible points to be won
 Post your results as Win = 2, Tie = 1, Loss = 0
 Teams must post one of these options to Results to prove that you played the match and to
allow the website to accurately update your results and number of matches/games you played.
Failure to do this will negatively affect your standings.
 It is the responsibility of Teams to update their results.
 Results can also be updated via the mobile app:
o Tap ‘more’ from the bottom menu
o Tap ‘results’ and enter your results as 2, 1, 0
