Program Guide Contest Rules
The Lifelong Learning centre is giving away one free class in the Spring/Summer 2017 semester.
Eligibility

The contest is open to anyone who has submitted the online entry form.
Deadlines
The deadline for entry is April 21, 2017, 12:00pm (Noon).
Entry Information
1. By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations and acknowledge that
the University of Regina Centre for Continuing Education shall not be responsible for any
damages, costs, demands, claims or losses of any kind, incurred by any individual because of
participation in this contest.
2. The laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and any applicable federal laws govern the contest
and are construed in accordance. These rules govern all aspects of the contest and are binding
on all contest participants.
Rules and Regulations
1. All submissions become the exclusive property of the University of Regina Centre for Continuing
Education. Submissions will not be returned.
2. By entering the contest, all entrants irrevocably and in perpetuity grant the University of Regina
Centre for Continuing Education the right to use submissions, in whole, or in part, in any way,
including, without limitation, to reproduce, make derivatives, edit, modify, translate, distribute,
transmit, publish, license and broadcast worldwide by any means, without compensation.
3. All entrants consent to the use, reproduction, publication, transmission and/or broadcasting of
their name, and prize information, without compensation, in any U of R CCE advertisement,
publication or other types of communication for promotional purposes.
4. Winners consent to the use of their photograph for promotional purposes without
compensation.
5. The University of Regina Centre for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, terminate,
remove, modify or suspend the contest for any reason without prior notice to any contestant.
6. The University reserves the right to substitute or modify prizes as necessary.
7. The University of Regina Centre for Continuing Education may issue pro-rated prizes should a
submission consist of more than one team member.
Free Class Giveaway Rules
Prize
One free Lifelong Learning Centre Spring 2017 class tuition, not including materials fee. The value of
which, varies between $20-$150 depending on the course.

Selection of Winner(s)
How will the winner be chosen?
1. The potential winner will be randomly selected in a draw comprised of all Contest entries by a CCE
employee not affiliated with the contest.
2. That selected winner will be notified by email, requesting they confirm or accept the prize prior to
Monday, April 24, 2017 at 12:00 pm (Noon)
3. The prize will be credited to the winner in the form of a fee waiver, or refund for one Spring 2017
course, not including any material fees.
4. If the potential winner does not confirm or accept the prize by April 24, 2017, a second winner will be
chosen, using the same process described above.
