MARQUEE MILLIONAIRE QUALIFYING EVENT - OFFICIAL RULES
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
1. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course will host a Marquee Millionaire Qualifying Event beginning at 12:00 am,
Monday, February 1, 2016 and concluding at 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 5, 2016.
2. Tier points earned between 12:00 am on Monday, February 1, 2016 through 11:59 pm on Monday, February 29, 2016 will be
used to determine a Marquee Millionaire seat winner as well as participants in a tournament held on Saturday, March 5, 2016.
• Tournament play will be exclusive to invited guests that received the second to thirty first highest tier points during the
February earning period. A total of thirty (30) guests will be invited to participate.
3. All times referred to throughout these rules are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
ELIGIBILITY
1. Must be a member of the Marquee Rewards® Club.
2. Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain a Marquee Rewards card.
3. A valid government issued photo ID is required to verify age and identity.
4. Participants must consent to the use of their first name, city and photograph for promotional purposes. Refusal to do so will
result in prize loss and redistribution.
5. Employees of M Resort, the Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV, and PNGI, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible
to participate in this event.
6. Guests that have already been awarded a Marquee Millionaire Seat for the 2016 tournament are not eligible to participate in this event.
7. Participants must be willing and able to travel via commercial airline. Marquee Millionaire Seat Winners will participate in the
Marquee Millionaire Final Tournament held in Las Vegas, NV, May 19, 2016 through May 22, 2016 for a chance to
win One-Million Dollars*.

TIER POINT EARNINGS TO DETERMINE SEAT WINNER AND TOURNAMENT PARTICIPANTS
1. Members will receive one (1) tier point per $1 coin-in when their Marquee Rewards card is properly inserted into any VLT
machine during active play.
2. Cumulative tier points earned beginning at 12:00 am on Monday, February 1 through Monday, February 29 at Hollywood Gaming at
Mahoning Valley Race Course will be used to determine an overall winner, as well as thirty (30) top tier point earners to be invited to a
tournament held on Saturday, March 5, 2016.
3. Top tier point earners eligible for prizes will be notified beginning on Tuesday, March 1, 2016.
The guests’ preferred contact method will be utilized as noted in their patron profile.
TIER POINT SEAT WINNER
1. On Tuesday, March 1, 2016, the Member with the highest cumulative tier point total earned between February 1, 2016 to
February 29, 2016 will be awarded the following prize:

2. The winner does not need to be present to win and will have seven (7) days following the notification of their win to visit
Player Services and fill out the required paperwork.
3. Marquee Millionaire Seat includes: round trip airfare for two (2), four (4) Nights at M Resort from May 18, 2016 to May 22, 2016,
and ground transportation to and from the airport to M Resort in Las Vegas, NV.
4. The winner must present a valid photo I.D. as well as their Marquee Rewards card to claim their prize.
5. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
6. Failure to visit Player Services within the time allotted with forfeit the prize from the prize pool. If this is the case, the
Marquee Millionaire seat will be awarded at a later date at Management’s discretion.
MARCH 5, 2016 TOURNAMENT
1. On Saturday March 5, 2016, a tournament will take place for the guests that earned the second to thirty-first highest tier points
throughout February.
2. Tournament play will take place in a designated area beginning at 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 5 and concluding by 3:00 pm
on Saturday, March 5.
3. Any individuals that are unable to attend the tournament will forfeit their spot.
4. Invited participants may only win one (1) prize.
5. Invited participants will receive one (1) two (2) minute tournament round.
6. At the conclusion of the tournament round, the VLT will lock. The guest will be instructed to leave their Marquee Rewards card
in the VLT and a member of the tournament staff will record the player’s score.
7. Each participant will sign to validate the score the staff member has recorded.
8. Top scores will not be available until the conclusion of the tournament at 3:00 pm.
9. Participants may also earn additional tournament rounds to beat their score. Guest can receive one (1) two (2) minute
tournament round for every seven hundred fifty (750) tier points ($750 coin-in) earned between 12:00 pm to 2:45 pm on
Saturday, March 5. A maximum of two (2) additional tournament rounds can be earned, meaning a maximum of three (3)
tournament scores per guest will be considered for prize distribution.
10. In the event of a tie, applicable participants will compete head to head in a two (2) minute tournament round to determine a winner.
At the conclusion of the tournament the following prizes will be awarded based on the highest best of points from tournament play.

11. Winners will be announced at approximately 3:30 pm.
12. Winners must be present and will have five (5) minutes to claim their prize.
13. If the 1st Place Winner does not claim within five (5) minutes, the prize will be awarded to the Member with the next highest
score. This process will continue until the 1st Place prize is awarded.
14. If the 2nd Place Winner does not claim within five (5) minutes, the prize will be awarded to the Member with the next highest
score. This process will continue until the 2nd Place prize is awarded.
15. Any unclaimed prizes, resulting from the award of higher prizes to replacement winners, will be forfeited from the prize pool.
16. In the event that one or both of the prizes that include a Marquee Millionaire Seat are not awarded, the seat(s) will be
awarded at a later date at Management’s discretion.
17. Winners must present a valid photo I.D. as well as their Marquee Rewards card to claim their prize.
18. Free VLT Play will be credited to each winner’s Marquee Rewards® account within twenty-four (24) hours. Free VLT Play
credits will be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and will expire at 11:59pm on the final valid date.
19. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
20. Marquee Millionaire Seats include: round trip airfare for two (2), four (4) Nights at M Resort from May 18, 2016 to May 22, 2016,
and ground transportation to and from the airport to M Resort in Las Vegas, NV.
GENERAL RULES
1. Participants must agree to the use of his or her first name, city & state and photograph for advertising and promotional
purposes without charge or additional compensation.
2. Persons on the Ohio Voluntary Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in this program.
3. Employees of M Resort, the Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV, and PNGI, together with their immediate family members, are not
eligible to participate in this event.
4. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, cash, coupons, or lost/misdirected mail.
5. Program benefits are not transferable between patrons. Determination will be made at the sole discretion of Hollywood Gaming
at Mahoning Valley Race Course.
6. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course may disqualify any person based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of
program rules or other misconduct.
7. Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course reserves the right to refuse complimentary redemptions if it is determined that
the true cardholder is not present or that coupons or a complimentary reward has been changed, altered or tampered with in any way.
8. Use of the Marquee Rewards card indicates acceptance of these Official Rules.
9. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Management in a manner deemed by them to be
the fairest outcome for all concerned. That decision shall be final and binding. In addition, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley
Race Course reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at any time.
10. Any change or cancellation of the program must be approved by the Ohio Lottery Commission prior to the change or cancellation.
