1. The “Shop In Dazzling Fashion With Up To 10X ION Points” Campaign is open to all ION

2. ION
Members receive 10X ION Points with minimum $3,000 spend at Luxury Fashion and
Fashion Accessories stores (L1 – L3 only). Only a maximum of 4 same-day receipts are accepted.

3. ION Rewards receive 5X ION Points with minimum $3,000 spend at Luxury Fashion and Fashion
Accessories stores (L1 – L3 only). Only a maximum of 4 same-day receipts are accepted.

4. To earn ION Points, the Member shall register his purchases by uploading the images of original
receipt(s) via the Mobile App or at the Self-Service Kiosks or by personally presenting original
receipt(s) at any ION Orchard Concierge counters (B3 / L1 / L2 / L4 of ION Orchard) between
10am and 10pm daily.

5. ION Points can only be awarded upon registration of purchases made within 7 days of such
purchases by the Member with a valid membership only.
6. In the event that the Member is to register his purchases after the expiry of 7 days from the date of
such purchases or appeal to ION Orchard to accept such out-of-time registration of purchases,
ION Orchard may in its sole and unfettered discretion accept or reject such out-of-time registration
of purchases or appeal on a case by case and non-obligatory basis. ION Orchard’s decision
herein shall be final and conclusive and binding upon the Member.
7. Multiple submissions in a single day are allowed.

8. Bonus ION Points will be credited into the member’s account within 6 – 8 weeks after the end of
the campaign.
9. Receipt(s) for SISTIC transactions, bill payments, transactions at Money Changer, Singapore
Airlines Service Centre, cash cards or gift cards top-ups, purchase of CapitaVoucher / tenant’s
voucher / gift cards purchases and/or from stores not located in ION Orchard at the time of
purchases, will not be accepted for any redemption.
10. Receipt(s) for deposit placement, order placement, instalment payment and payment using tenant
/ credit card loyalty points, will not be accepted for any redemption.
11. Photo ID, credit card, corresponding NETS and/or credit card transaction slip(s) may be required
for verification purposes when necessary. Only nett or actual amount paid for purchases will be
accepted.

12. ION Points will not be awarded until receipt is determined to be valid. ION Orchard may reject any
receipt as invalid at its sole discretion, and any such decisions by it shall be considered final,
conclusive and binding upon the Member.

13. ION Orchard may cancel and/or delete and/or otherwise deduct ION Points that have already
been credited into the Member’s Account in its absolute discretion.

14. ION Orchard may delay crediting ION Points into the Member’s Account until it has verified to its

satisfaction that ION Points were not credited into the Member’s Account in breach of any of these
terms and conditions.

15. Currently, there are no expiry dates for ION Points.

16. ION Points are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, in part or in full, at any time.
17. ION Orchard’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
18. ION Orchard reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to amend or change any of the
promotions herein or any of the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice or any
liability to any party. Other terms and conditions of ION Orchard and its tenants or retailers apply.

19. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, ION Orchard does not make any
warranty or representation in relation to any products or services offered in this promotion or
redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
20. The participant of this promotion warrants that his personal data submitted to ION Orchard are true
and correct. By participating in the promotion, the participant and any party acting on his behalf
agrees and consents to ION Orchard retaining, disclosing and using at its discretion, without any
notification or compensation to the participant, any of his name, address, contact number, email
address and other personal data for communication (whether in relation to this promotion or other
events, activities or promotions), promotional, advertising, marketing or publicity purposes.
21. The participant agrees that ION Orchard, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and respective officers
and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability,
losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or
indirectly by reason of or in connection with this promotion. The participant will indemnify and keep
fully indemnified ION Orchard and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified
Parties") against any and all loss, damage, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal
costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result
of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
