Don’t be afraid to try something out of the norm – here are some images that might help you design a
more visual/interactive survey…
Maybe they answer each question on a leaf and
then post it on a tree.
Maybe “what stuck with you” and the 2
questions can be posted?
I’ve seen this used to vote for things – could be
modified to collect their responses. Everyone
gets two marbles to answer the two questions.
Or you could replace the Eat Out/Order Pizza
with Yes/No and post the question above each
column.
Or just use post-it notes.
