Reunion Ball in October
A fantastic article appeared in the Daily Echo last weekend.
Anyone thinking of booking a ticket is advised to do so as soon as possible...
particularly if you are booking as part of a group!
School will be open for visitors from 11.00 until 1.00 on Saturday 6th October to
enable people to look around and from 10.00 until 12.00 on Sunday 7th. Mass will
follow at noon.
Steven will send information to Mr Lickley to put on the blog.
Mrs Holliss is collecting any tombola prizes donated from parents for both nights.
Fern has some bottles of wine to donate and Dr Hatton's pictures could be used.
A.G.M.
The A.G.M. Will take place on Tuesday 16th October at 7p.m. All parents are
invited to attend. The monthly SMCPA meeting will take place straight after.
Wine and cheese will be provided.
Mr Brazier will supervise and entertain the children with a DVD during the
meetings.
Offices to be re-elected are Vice-Chair and Treasurer.
Firework Night
Firework Night will take place on Saturday 24th November and will be co-ordinated
by Fern.

SMCPA Minutes | July Meeting
A.O.B
Coach Trip
Fr.M. is willing to organise a coach to London provided he can get a minimum of 35 people.
We leave C.H. 09.30 and return 20.30. Cost per seat (regardless of age) only £15. Please
reply by Friday 21st. September.
Tim is looking for helpers to paint the gym (all prep. Work is done, so it is just the easy stuff
now!!!) 8 – 10 people are needed. Please check the blog for dates.
Recycling cartridges will be discussed in October.
