Matches will be played in the Sports hall in Ruma next to Hotel. Down you also have tournament propositions, three-day tournament schedule and prices, hoping that you will recognize the essence of this call and to see yourselves as part of all this, we welcome you, await your positive response and arrival at the tournament. PRICE LIST Teams will be housed in the new hotel Park in Ruma (4 star), starting on Thursday with dinner and ends with breakfast on Sunday. www.hotelpark.rs Price-board is 29EUR - 87EUR per person for 3 days in double and triple rooms. There are two rich buffet (breakfast and dinner), with wide terms of serving. Each team is required to report a minimum of 8 players-players in the hotel. Other players who were not at the hotel and want to participate and play in a tournament pay a single fee 20EUR. There is also an optional extra payment for single rooms. Matches will be played in a sports hall in Ruma which is located next to the hotel. Registration fee per team is 100 euros. Also PROGRAM is subject to change depending of the number of teams, but that all teams will be informed PROPOSITIONS of handball tournament Batica 2014 in Ruma The first phase of the competition is played in groups-point system. Two best teams playing semifinals and intersecting with the two best teams from other group (in case we have 2 groups). 1st place teams play a semifinal and crossed by the system AC and BD groups (in case we have 4 groups). Winners play finals, losing 3-4 seats placement. Men: 1x25 minutes, 1 timeout, time can be stopped in the last 2 minutes of the game and the referee's decision only. Women: 1x20 minutes, 1 timeout, time can be stopped in the last minute and to a referee's decision only. Minimum 8 players registered, maximum unlimited. In the event of a tie result in the knockout stage of the competition (semifinals, finals and the match for third place), access to the penalties 3 shots, then the one until win. In men teams players must be 35 + (age 1979, regardless of date of birth), looks at the year of birth, not the date. Men's team may have 2 players 30 + but not active in any club of any rank (age 1984). In women teams, players must be 33 + (age 1981, regardless of date of birth). Women teams may have in their ranks and 3 players 25 +, but not active in any club of any rank (1989 age). All players on tournament are allowed to play only for 1 team. Only the tournament organizing committee, in exceptional circumstances at the request of some individuals or teams of participants, can make a different decision. In the case of direct red card for a sports player offense, player is automatically suspended following match. In case of repetition of the same, is followed by disqualification of 3 games. Exclusions take 1 minute (60 seconds). In the case of the same shirt colours, guest team in that match must provide t shirts of another color, or at least bookmarks. Delay of the start game can be tolerated in period of 5 minutes due to heavy schedule of the games and the terms in the hall. In the event one of the teams are overlate, the game is registered with the official result 5:0 for another team. All players in the tournament are responsible for themselves from possible injury, the organizer is not obligated to provide health insurance but must provide a medical person who will be present at all matches, for first aid kit. Fee payment will be made until the date which will subsequently be announced. The tournament begins on Thursday afternoon and ends on Sunday after breakfast. The team that does not use the first board Thursday to Friday because of inability to arrive on Thursday has the right to use it on Sunday/Monday. Each participating team is responsible for 3 pansions to be at the hotel. On Thursday afternoon, all day Friday and Saturday morning play groups, semifinals, finals and the matches for third place on Saturday afternoon. Gala dinner with the announcement of the awards and winners on Saturday night at the hotel. Prizes: All participating teams will receive letters of thanks for participation in the tournament, three 1st placed teams in each competition receive trophies. Also in both competition categories best tournament scorers, goalkeepers and players get rewards. All participants will get T shirt with tournament marks, also 1st,2nd and 3rd teams will receive medals (gold, silver, bronze).
