PRACTICE
Play these melodies below while counting the beats.
You can now play entire octaves beginning on two different notes. Since B occurs on the fourth fret of the
third string and the open position of the second string,
you have two choices when playing the melody below.
Play it with which ever note is easiest for you. This kind
of duplication happens often on the guitar. You will see
much more of it.
