Please note that our event is on a new day, at a new time and at a new location…
Sunday, October 6th 12:00 – 4:00pm (event hours) MSOE Kern Center, 1245 N. Broadway, Milwaukee
Thank you for your interest and hands-on support, donating your time and energy for our annual fundraiser! We warmly
welcome returning and first-time volunteers.
Noteworthy Points:
• We have several volunteer times to choose from. Please make your selection(s) on the chart below.
• All volunteers MUST be at least 14 years old; please indicate the ages of any teenagers that will be volunteering with
you so that we may assign them effectively.
• Volunteers may purchase bowls on Sunday during a scheduled break and not before the event starts.
• If you are organizing a large formal group, such as a workplace or school organization, please let us know so that we
can assist with appropriate coordination.
• Arrive promptly for your shift so our volunteer process may run smoothly on the event day.

2013 Milwaukee Empty Bowls 15th Anniversary Volunteer Form
Positions include Set-up, Greeters, Patron Control, Grab bag table, Kids table, Bowl Washers, Bowl Wrappers, Ticket takers, , Bread station,
Clean-up, etc. As we are in a new location and have a new format for the event some of the positions that we previously had have been
eliminated. Although you may have a preference for a particular position we CANNOT GUARANTEE it.
