1. Grounding Affidavit for Application for substituted service.
2. Note of Enquiries to be completed giving details of exactly how you are aware that the
person is currently living at the address given or if not still at that address giving details of
new address and how you know the Plaintiff is living there/carrying on business there.
3. Stamped addressed envelope.
The Court Document sent in this matter by registered post has been returned. In order to proceed we
must now make and application to the Court to be allowed us to serve the Civil Bill by ordinary post.
In order to be allowed do this you have to show that the Plaintiff is living at the address where we
