January 13, 2007 – Entry Fee and Roster Form.
February 8, 2007 – Last day for any revisions to the Tournament Roster for
all grades and Player Medical & Liability Release
Agreement Form and Team Picture for jamborees thru
8th grade teams.
April 7, 2007
– Last day to submit Player Medical & Liability Release
Agreement Form for high school teams.
* We reserve the right to move teams to a higher or lower division with notification.
Player Eligibility:
Only players of Asian or Pacific Islander descent are eligible to participate and can only be
listed on one team roster. Players appearing on more than one roster will disqualify that
individual from the tournament.

Please make check payable to the Bay Area Asian Sports.
Please submit one check per team to the Division Coordinator listed on the following page. Write
the division and team name on the check. Invitations have been sent to more teams than there
are slots available, so please send in your forms as soon as possible.
A confirmation letter will be sent to you if your team has been selected to participate. Enclosed
are the items you need to fill out and return to us.
The items are:
a) Team Roster
b) Check (entry fee)
c) Player Medical & Liability Release Agreement Form
d) Team picture for the Tournament Booklet
Tournament Format
Tournament format for Boys and Girls Divisions 6th grade and above is adopted and will be
limited to 8 teams in each division. We will notify team contact if less than 6 are in a division.
Each team will play a minimum of 3 games. Two games will be held on Saturday and one game
on Sunday.
Jamboree Format
Jamboree format for 3rd, 4th & 5th grade Boys and Girls Divisions is adopted and will be limited to
5 teams in each division. Each team will play two games on either Saturday or Sunday.
Awards





Team trophy & t-shirt will be given to the Tournament Champions.
Runner up teams will receive a t-shirt.
For the Jamboree Divisions, participation awards will be provided for all players.
Awards will be given up to 10 players only.
Arrangements can be made for teams with additional players.
Dragons Family Social
A dance will be organized for the upper division players and games for the lower division players.
Tickets will be available at various Gym sites for sale.
Roster Changes
After February 8, 2007, only teams considered to be in hardship status (less than 8 roster
players) may request roster changes to replace unavailable players. These hardship requests
must be made in writing to the Division Coordinator who will submit the request to the
Tournament Committee for approval.
If you have any questions, please contact your Division Coordinator.
We will send you the Tournament Rules and Regulations, Tournament Schedules, Family Social,
Maps, T-shirt order form, Hotel accommodations and other important information at a later date.
