Based on 100 Teams
* Multiple team entry will be allowed with the
following provisions: not more than three players on
same team can place in the prize list for position
standing.
* Bowlers are allowed to bowl doubles & singles more
than once, however may only cash once in singles.
Bowlers may cash in doubles more than once in
doubles with different partners.
* Team handicap 90% based on 1100. Doubles 90%
based on 440. Singles based on 90% of 220
* Associate membership: Adult National dues ($8.00) plus the actual dues
charged by the local and state associations the bowler is joining. When local
and state dues are not known, adults associate ( formally affiliate) dues
will be $19.00 ($8.00 national, $10 local and $1 state)
* The participation fee remains the same at $5.00. Doubles partners must
bowl in order entered and all substitutes in doubles must bowl in position
vacated by the original entrant.
* Entrants will use last years highest USBS certified league average based on
a Minimum of 21 games If your current average is 15 pins higher than last
year’s average at time of bowling first event , you must use your current
average. If you have no average under the arrangement then you must use
your average at time of bowling first event provided you have bowled at
least 21 games. If not you must bowl scratch.
* It shall be each bowler’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of his or her
average wether submitted by the bowler, his team captain or others.
Failure to use the proper average or make a correction prior to up up to the
completion of the first game of first series shall disqualify score if submitted
average is lower than actual average or base prize winnings on submitted
average if it is higher.
* Prize winnings in last 12 months need not be reported to Wisconsin Valley
Tournament officials. Average adjustments for entry follow rule 319e. This
is a Men’s WVA Tournament. Women are welcome to bowl.
