What is OnePlay?
Download and play games on your PC or Android device for free
with your Library Card

How do I sign up as an Oneplay.com user?
Have your Pin code (obtained from your library) ready and go to Oneplay.com.
Step 1.
Click “Redeem Code”
Step 2.
Type in your Pin code.
Step 3.
Fill in your personal details please confirm your sign up by accepting the Term of use
and Privacy Policy and choosing “Sign Up”.
Welcome to Oneplay.com
When you chose “Sign Up” this will be the first page you see.

You will receive an email from Oneplay with your game activation code, which will be used
when activating your first game. Your activation code can be changed and be the same as your
account password, or, kept different to your account password for controlling children’s access.
How do I download the Windows PC App from OnePlay.com?
Step 1.
Download your OnePlay App by clicking > INSTALL ONEPLAY.

Step 2.
When you click, “INSTALL ONEPLAY” you will be able to find your App under downloads on
your PC. Locate the App and install.
How do I rent a PC game from Oneplay?
Step 3.
Click “My Account” to login to your account (See picture)

Find your game under “Download Games”.
Step 5.
Choose your game by clicking “Download”(See picture).
Step 6.
You are now on the game page and you need to click “Download” again to add the game to
your “Download Queue”

Step 7.
Your game is now in your “Download Queue” and you need to click download to start and then
click “Continue” to begin.
Step 8.
Your game will now be added to your “Library” click “OK” and then go to your “Library”. (See
Picture)
Step 9.
Your game will now start to download and you can follow the process under ”Library”.

When the download is finish, you need to install the game click “Start installation”. (See
Picture)
Step 11.
When your game has been, installed just click “Play” to start the game. (See picture)
Activating the OnePlay Game
Is this your FIRST GAME? If so see the next section How do I activate my
FIRST digital rental game? Attention! Your rental password will be
shown the first time you login.
1. Click “Next”
2. Type in your email and your rental password and click “Activate”.

3. Click “Start” to play the game.

How do I change the digital rental/Activation password for OnePlay?
1. Login into your OnePlay App
2. Click on Account to your left.
3. Select Change Game Activation
Password
4. In Current Password box, enter the long password from the email you received.
5. In New Password box enter whatever password you want
6. Repeat the password in step 6 in the Confirm Password box
7. Click Save
Be sure you remember the password you created. You will need it every time you activate a
game.

How do I download the OnePlay Android app to my Android Device?
(OnePlay’s app can only be used on Android devices)
Downloading the App
1. On your Android mobile phone or tablet, go to:
http://www.oneplay.com
2. Click DOWNLOAD on the Android App banner,
at the top of the page.
(You won't see the App Banner on your
computer – just on your Android Device!)
3. Find the download in your downloaded files.
(Look for the down arrows in the upper left
corner of you device.)
4. Select the application to install (See Picture).
If your device is set to block applications from unknown
sources, you will receive this error: (See picture)
1. Click Settings
You will be directed to your security files.
2. Find Unknown sources and mark to
unblock.
This Unknown Sources box will appear.
3. Click OK to allow the download of the
application. (See Picture)
You will now be able to download the application.

How do I install the OnePlay App on my device?
1. Click Package Installer to install the application.
2. Click Install
Your application is now, installed.
3. Click Open to start the application.

How do I download and activate a digital rental game on my Android device?
The picture to the right is how the OnePlay icon
will look on your device.
This is the start screen of our application.
Getting Started with downloading a game
1. Open the OnePlay app
2. Click the three vertical dots in the right top corner.
(See Picture)
3. Click Sign In
4. Enter your email address and password
(what you used when you created your OnePlay account)
5. Click LOG IN.
6. Click Rent Games

7. Choose a game you would like to get and click RENT
(See picture)
8. Click RENT (again) to add the game to your Digital Queue for
rental.
9. Click Download
Note: Downloading on an Android
tablets takes only a few minutes.
10. Click Package Installer
11. Click Install
12. When done, click Open
13. A welcome screen appears, click Next,
14. Enter your email address and your digital subscription password and click Next
Important: If this is your first time you will need to follow the steps on page 9 for How
do I activate my FIRST digital rental game?
Your game has now been activated and is ready to play so click Start
