Kant believed that Moral Law should always be superior to
Human Law.
Kant argued that the human mind has a need to prove its
own existence. It therefore categorises everything with
reason and attempts to find the consequences.
Since we do not know 100% what the consequences will be,
we should act on making the action which causes that
consequence, and make that Moral.

Good Will is linked with human nature. Whether an action is
of good will or not is based on the consequence which that
action incurs. Therefore, we have a duty to seek out and act
out of Good Will.
He makes it clear however, that we should only be judged on
good will actions, that are possible.
E.G I cannot save a woman who jumps off a cliff, if I am at the
bottom…..
