Each station is a level (from easy to hard). Satisfactory and Need to be improves Ss have to pass 4 levels, Fair Ss have to pass 5 levels and Good and Outstanding Ss have to pass all. T gives each Ss a (blue, orange or yellow) passport depend on their level. (For example: Good Ss have yellow cards, the Fair ones have the orange and the rest have the blue ones.)
