RSA General Assembly Minutes

I. RSA Speaks
a. Haley Leo- VP of Community Service of NRHH
b. Shoes2Share Shoe Drive
i. Based in New Castle County- international and domestic
ii. Provides shoes for sports, school, work, and everyday life
iii. BRING SHOES BACK FROM SPRING BREAK
1. New and like new, any shape, size, and condition
iv. There will be three drop-off locations- tbd
v. Contact Haley with questions [email protected]
vi. This will be a competition between CCC based on participation
percentage
II. Star System
a. Criteria
i. General Assembly Attendance
1. Highest percentage at GA gets 5 points, second highest gets
4 points, third highest gets 3 points, fourth highest gets 2
points, all other CCCs receive 1 point. If there is a tie, both
CCCs get equal points for their placement
ii. OTM submissions
1. Highest amount of OTM submissions gets 5 points, second
highest gets 4 points and so on. If there is a tie, both CCCs
get equal points for their placement
iii. President’s Council Attendance
1. If a President attends, they get 5 points; if they don’t, they
get 0 points; a valid excuse approved gets 3 points
iv. Participation in RSA events
1. Dependent on event type. Ex: MLK day of service- if a CCC
participated they get 5 points; if they did not they get 0 points
v. Follow Up Form Submission
1. If a CCC does not submit form within 2 weeks they will lose
1 point
b. CCC knowledge
i. All presidents will be shared on the GoogleDoc read only
c. This will be starting this week and there will be recognition for top 2 CCCs
III. For the Good of The Campus

c. Working with SGA Senator to expand the Hydration Stations into more
Residence Halls
d. The UD app was updated removed because they updated the technology
to the mobile site.
i. HERES A HOW-TO BY MEGHAN: (I’m not sure if this works on
droids, I only have an iPhone)
1. Open the internet and search “udel mobile site” and click the
first link titled “UD Mobile Web | University of Delaware”
2. Once that page is open (white with black letters) click the
blue hyperlink “m.udel.edu” on the third row of the first
paragraph
3. Once that link is open you will see a blue background with a
grid of icons like an iPhone home screen or the old app if
you’ve seen it, then scroll to the bottom
4. There should be a little gray box that pops up to show you
how to save it but if not… click the little box with the arrow
pointing up at the bottom of the screen on the gray bar(how
you would save a picture)
5. Click “Add to Home Screen”
6. Rename it to whatever you would like or keep the name as is
then click add in the top right corner

a. SRG: first movie night event- watched Wedding Crashers, open mic coffee
house in late March, battle of the bands event on turf?
b. DCC- pie a DCC member on Pi day, St. Patrick’s day handouts on
Saturday and Monday, March Madness,
c. ThoLaRU- St. Patrick’s Day event tomorrow Russell DC lounge 6-8
General Assembly with green pancakes
d. ROCC- personality test results are back, Westfest in the works, really
awesome GA last week- tons of brainstorming, “Wild, Wild West Fest”
e. GRCCC- Mardi Gras give away table went well, march madness, St.
Patrick’s day cupcake event tomorrow
f. C4- emergency elections are complete, spring healthiness PSA March 17
in Kent, celebration in may, party for residents and another for children
g. RSAC- next GA will be tomorrow, Open positions available- elections and
campaigning coming together, retreat coming, March 18th Frozen movie
night with ice cream and waffles, Ray Fair in the works
h. ICE- cakes and shakes event tomorrow, selling UDance shirts, April battle
of the floors event, movie on the turf
i. CRAB- GA on Sunday night, 5K details are getting worked onpresentation coming, snack table is coming on St Patrick’s day 7:30-9:30,
night on the north is happening
