Interested parties meeting under mentioned minimum eligibility criteria can obtain bid/RFQ
documents from Bank’s General Administration & Project Department at Registered Office,
Thapathali upon payment of nonrefundable bid/RFQ document fee for NPR 1,000.
Eligibility/Criteria:
− At least 3 years old company registration.
− Work experience of at least five organizations/BFIs in last two years.
− Annual turnover at least of NPR 5 Million per year in fiscal year 2072/73.
Sealed bid proposals are to be submitted by 5:00 PM of April 12, 2017 in the format of bid/RFQ
document. All bid proposals should be addressed to General Administration & Project Department
and must be submitted in person. Bid proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Bid proposals sent through Mail/Courier will neither be accepted for any consideration nor will they
be returned to the sender.
