No show: Team with a now show loses 10 team points, and can only
earn points with the teammates that are there.
Player playing unopposed: Team automatically earns the team points
(10 pts) and can earn additional points playing against the course. See
example:
On all scorecards PLEASE write down both team names and players
first and last names.
