Zoo-To-Do Luxury Vehicle Raffle
Official Rules of Entry
• The Zoo-To-Do Luxury Vehicle Raffle is open only to legal U.S. residents 21 years or older.
• A maximum of 1,000 raffle entries will be sold.
• Official Zoo-To-Do Luxury Vehicle Raffle entries must be legibly completed in their entirety with your name, permanent
address, telephone number, email address and credit card information (if not paying by check) in order to enter the drawing.
Please make checks payable to Audubon Nature Institute. Only official entries are eligible for the drawing. No facsimiles are
permitted.
• Completed entries may be purchased in the following manner:
• Mail: Zoo-To-Do Luxury Vehicle Raffle, 6500 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70118. Do not send cash. All entries must be
postmarked by April 30, 2017. Audubon Nature Institute is not responsible for prompt delivery by the United States Postal
Service. Please allow five business days for US Postal Service delivery of raffle entries.
• Online: www.AudubonNatureInstitute.org/ztd (all online orders will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 5, 2017).
• Phone: (504) 861-6160 (all phone orders will end at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2017).
• In person: Audubon Zoo Front Gate, 6500 Magazine Street, New Orleans. Entries accepted only Tuesday through Friday, 10
a.m. to 4 p.m,. ending Thursday, May 4, 2017.
• At Zoo-To-Do events: Zoo-To-Do for Kids (Friday, April 28, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m.) and Whitney Zoo-To-Do (Friday,
May 5, 2017 from 7:00 to 9:45 p.m.).
• Winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held at Whitney Zoo-To-Do on Friday, May 5, 2017, 10:30 p.m.
• Winner will be notified by telephone on Saturday, May 6, 2017.
• Winner must present a certified check in the amount of taxes, valid driver’s license, and proof of vehicle insurance card to the
Zoo-To-Do Office by the close of business Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in order to receive the prize. Audubon Nature Institute reserves
the right to determine sufficiency of identification. Taxes are approximately 25% of vehicle value.
• Winner has 30 days to take delivery from Lexus of New Orleans. Winner will accept vehicle “as is” and is solely responsible
for all taxes, including federal, state, income taxes, sales tax, registration, title and license fees, insurance and all other costs
incurred in claiming, registering or using vehicle.
• Two alternate names will be selected. Alternate, in order in which it was selected, will be awarded prize in the event that first
winner does not validly, and timely, claim prize.
• Entry in the raffle constitutes permission to Audubon Nature Institute to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity
purposes.
• This raffle is administered by and is for the benefit of Audubon Nature Institute. All decisions concerning the raffle will be
made by Audubon Nature Institute and are final.
• Audubon Nature Institute Board of Directors, Audubon Commission members, Audubon Foundation Board of Directors,
Audubon Nature Institute Staff and their immediate families (living in the same household address) are not eligible for entry
and/or to win prize.
• Employees/agents of LeBlanc Automobiles, LC and its dealers, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional/advertising
agencies and members of their immediate families (living in the same household address) are not eligible for entry and/or to win
prize.
• The retail value for the prize has been determined by the donor and has not been independently appraised by Audubon
Nature Institute.
• Prize will be awarded. Vehicle may not be redeemed for cash.
• No substitutions will be allowed. Winner may select a 2017 Lexus RX350 in stock at Lexus of New Orleans at time of delivery.
All package or vehicle upgrades may be purchased solely at winner’s expense.
• Winner agrees that Audubon Nature Institute is neither responsible nor liable for any warranty; representation or guarantee,
express or implied, in fact or in law relative to the vehicle including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or
fitness, except the vehicle does include LeBlanc Automobiles, LC limited warranty as set forth in the vehicle’s owner’s guide.
• The name of the prize winner may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Zoo-To-Do Luxury Vehicle
Raffle, 6500 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70118.
• Zoo-To-Do Luxury Vehicle Raffle is a benefit event for Audubon Nature Institute, a 501(c)3 organization.
• Purchase of a raffle ticket is not tax deductible.
• Void where prohibited by law.
