Rental requests are not guaranteed until room availability is confirmed and 50% non‐refundable deposit is received
All groups are required to provide a copy of their 'Certificate of Liability Insurance' at the time of their 50% deposit
1/2 day rates are not available for weddings and wedding receptions
Catered food service maybe available for an additional cost. Please inquire ahead of time if interested.
Hot drink service (tea/coffee) for your event is available at an additional cost of $3.50 per person
Cold drink service for your event is available at an additional cost of $4.00 per person
18% service fee is added to all food service provided by the college
Full payment and final guarantee of attendance is due 72 hours prior to arrival.
