How do I submit my order?
After completing the order form, simply email it to [email protected]
We welcome your questions and inquiries by phone during the form completion. However, we no longer
accept fax/phone orders.
Your purchase order requisition may be attached in the same email, provided the RTB Product Request
Form is completed and attached.
How do I edit my order after submission?
Last minute changes to your order (such as quantity or substitutions) may be accepted by phone/email.
However, if a new tissue is required, a new order form should be completed and emailed to
[email protected].
What is my client ID with The Regional Tissue Bank?
The Regional Tissue Bank will assign a unique Client ID number to each facility/institution. The Client ID
number will be provided to you by phone/email.
The Client ID number must be included on all Tissue Request forms to ensure accurate delivery site.
