GETTING STARTED
1.
Create your free player account
This only takes a few moments and can be done in one of two ways.
a) Create your player account at a live event
Create a player account at any WPT League live event by
simply registering for your first event with the Tournament
Director at the venue; you will then be issued with an official
free WPT League membership. You will need a valid email
address to activate your player account.
b) Create your player account online.
Create a player account on the WPT League Player Console
online by simply registering prior to your first live event.
Once you have activated your player account online
(valid email address required) you will be able to print
or screen capture your membercard.
Do not create your player account online unless you have never played with WPT League at any live
event before as you will already be a member. You can request your login details online at anytime.
2.
Register for events and support your venue
Be the best poker customer you can and enjoy the game you love.
We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the
event and register. Some WPT League events offer incentives
to support the hosting venue in the form of venue loyalty cards or
venue raffles.
Depending on which event and which venue incentive is offered, you
may have the opportunity to voluntarily obtain extra chips.
Each event is No-Limit Texas Hold ‘Em Poker where you are
playing until the last player remains. Accumulate leaderboard points (based
on your exit position) towards qualification into special events and/or
prizes depending on the venue or regions promotions.
3.
Playing the game
Approximately 4 hours in duration, standard event structure.
Blinds, blind times and breaks are decided by your region manager and are designed to accommodate venue
time constraints, player numbers and other factors. However below is the standard that many follow.

5.
Qualify into the WPT League QPC (Quarterly Poker Championships) *
After every 3 month season, each participating region will hold a Quarterly Poker Championship (QPC)
Each QPC will be giving away $$thousands$$ of dollars in cash and prizes. Entry is gained via leaderboard
points and through regularly promoted satellite events throughout the season. The Quarterly Poker
Championship is your gateway to World Poker Tour Main Events and Exclusive Lifetime Experiences, not
forgetting the $$Thousands$$ in cold hard cash.
