Invitation to Bid 12-134-JEG, Telephone PRI’s
The Bid, referenced above, is modified as follows: Bid Package page 7; paragraph C; Line 7
DELETE: Whereas the contracted price exceeds $25,000, the bidder to whom award is made
shall submit a Performance Bond, in the amount of one-hundred-percent (100%) of the
contract price.
INSERT : Whereas the contracted price exceeds $50,000, the bidder to whom award is made
shall submit a Performance Bond, in the amount of one-hundred-percent (100%) of the
contract price.
Please incorporate these changes into the Invitation for Bid and acknowledge receipt of this addendum on
your bid form.
