Please read and keep this pack for reference.
Show Information
Punctuality: Please arrive a good 15
minutes before rehearsal time slots and
30 minutes before each performance to
allow safe warm-up.
Attendance: Children should not be left
unattended at rehearsal sessions unless
aged 10 or over. On show days all
students must sign in and out as
required. Children wishing to participate
in the show are expected to attend ALL
rehearsals.
Rehearsals: Absolutely no admittance
to auditorium during rehearsals; except
for performers and technical staff.

Mobile phones, game consoles, and
similar devices: These may be taken
into the changing areas at your own risk.
Bohunt and the dance school do not take
any responsibility for such items at any
time.
Photography: In the interests of child
protection absolutely no photography or
filming of any kind will be permitted in the
changing rooms at any time or during the
performances. It can be dangerous for
children on stage and is very annoying to
sit next to in the audience. Thank you for
your understanding.
Ÿ Clearing away: Sun 7th & Sun
14th May after rehearsals/shows
have ended
Ÿ Changing Rooms: Helpers are
required for all changing rooms for
all shows.
Dance Essentials: Anne’s shop will be
available in the hall foyer selling a variety
of dance essentials during rehearsals.
On the show weekend dance souvenirs
and gifts will also be available. Contact
Anne in advance if you have any special
requests.
Current Valid DBS checks:
DVDs and Photos: DVDs of the
production may be ordered at the show. Rebecca Paris, Anne Raison, Bianca
Photographs will be available for Paris, Dawn Raison, Rob Pitts, Nikki
Sosin, Candy Welsh, Emily Raison
purchase.
Please remember that costumes provided by the dance school must not
be taken from the Hall under any circumstances.

Costumes/Show Running Order
Make-up: Girls should wear appropriate stage make-up for all rehearsals and
shows unless children have allergies to it. Red lipstick and blue / brown eye
shadow.
Hair: All girls in ballet must have hair in a bun. Girls in tap and street dance only
require hair in a pony tail. Glitter hairspray may be used.:
Ÿ Ballet girls require pink satin ballet shoes and pink ballet tights; grades 2 &
above require ballet shoe ribbon
Ÿ Tap requires black tap shoes
Ÿ Street 1 white jazz shoes, Street 2, 3 & 4 black jazz shoes, Street 3 & 4
black kneepads.
Ÿ LAD: Items marked LAD are provided on loan by by the Liphook Academy Of
Dance, and must be returned immediately after the show.
