Cliqbook for Connexxus – Trip Action Menu
Cancel / Void / Changes / Template / Clone / Share / Upgrades
The BCD Travel Cliqbook for Connexxus “Home/Travel” or “Arranger” page lists your travel reservations booked
both online and with a BCD Travel Agent.
To access the “Trip Action Menu”, select the “Upcoming Trips” tab, and then select your trip to activate the Trip
Action Menu
Once a trip has been booked on Cliqbook for Connexxus the Trip Action Menu can help you:



View Itinerary will display your reservations, both booked online or through an agent. View Itinerary
allows you to:
o Review your travel record, including costs and tax breakdowns (agency fees are not included)
o Request an upgrade if your airline and frequent flier status allows
o Access the link to check in online with your airline
o
Email Itinerary will display both online and agent booked trips so that you can email a copy of your trip
to any recipient. The recipient does not need to be a Connexxus user.
Create Template stores the details of your trip so that you can re-book the same trip for a future date.
This is very helpful for travelers who visit the same location often.

Clone Trip will book the exact same trip for another traveler if you are their designated arranger. After
selecting Clone, choose your traveler and make adjustments as needed.

Share Trip will send the details of the booking to another campus traveler for whom you are not a
designated arranger. Cliqbook will send an invitation email to the traveler that you are sharing with, as
well as display the invitation in their Cliqbook view when they log on.

“Change Trip” will allow you to add a car or hotel to a ticketed airline reservation or add flights to reserved car or hotel.
Once the airline ticket has been issued, please contact an agent for assistance if changes to your flights are
necessary. Due to the complexity of the fare rules and airline penalties, an agent will be able to assist you select
alternate flights and advise you of the associated fees.

Cancel your trip (not applicable to Instant Purchase Fares). If your trip is cancelled within 24 hour of ticketing, most
airlines will allow us to “void” the ticket which will reverse the air fare (the void does not apply to the agency fee). If the
ticket cannot be voided or refunded, the ticket will automatically be filed for future use on the same airline and will be
displayed on your Cliqbook home page and in the agent reference tools. When a new qualified trip is booked, the
credit is automatically applied. (Airline penalties will be applied when the ticket is used).
