The team of Lycée Condorcet is excited to showcase the French Christmas Market 2016!
The Christmas Market is held every year at LCS (Lycée Condorcet Sydney)
and has become a traditional Christmas event of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
The market always has a vibrant atmosphere
with live music and performances from the students, great French food and plenty of activities for kids.
We bring people the perfect place to shop for Christmas;
over 50 unique stalls filled with creative fashion and accessories, arts, homewares and so much more.
The aim of our team is for you to succeed and sell!
We want to see a lot of traffic and success for all stallholders that join us for the day.
We will promote to generate great exposure for your business among our community,
the French community as well as to Sydney’s Eastern suburbs families, through:
Social media / Letterbox drops / Flyers / Posters / local newspapers
Online media (Southern Courrier, Wentworth Courrier, Voilà Sydney, Le petit journal...)
Website and newsletter of associations (Maroubra community, Sydney Accueil, FACCI...),
Institutional partners (Randwick City Council, French Embassy, Alliance Française...)
We’d love for you to be a part of our event if you:
– Have been in operation for at least 6 months prior to the market
– Are unique and creative
– Have a professional website

Location: Lycée Condorcet Sydney, International French School, 758 Anzac Parade, Maroubra
Trading Hours : 10am to 4pm Note: If you are not able to make the entire market, please do not apply.
Arrival Time:
You may commence set up from 8.30 am.
Vehicles may enter the parking area and unload
Your vehicle must leave the parking by 9.30am
How much does a stall cost? (Table provided if needed)
3 x 3 metre space - $90
Food vendor Stalls - $120
Bookings are not finalised until complete payment has been made.
We will be sending you information on your stall location 2-3 weeks before market day.
Please inform us if you would require/prefer a corner position (subject to availability).
Tents will not be provided, you will need to bring your own if your trading spot is outside.
How do I know if I have been selected to trade on market day?
Once all applications have been received, we will then send emails to all applicants,
letting them know whether they have been accepted to trade on market day.
Our aim is to provide a variety of products to appeal to a wide variety of market goers and
due to the large volume of applications we cannot guarantee success to all applicants.
Invoices will be sent out with accepted stallholders and must be paid within 7 days of receipt.
Bad Weather Policy
The Market will trade in all weather conditions. Please do not apply for a stall unless you are prepared to
take the risk on weather. No credits or refunds are issued in the case of bad weather over the weekend.
What happens if it rains?
We will still operate, as we can relocate most stalls indoors.
Advertising, promotional materials, flyers, etc:
Stallholders are encouraged to hand out promotional material, business cards at their stall ONLY.
The material can only be related to their product or service that is on sale at the stall.
Garbage:
It is the stallholder's sole responsibility to take any rubbish or unsold items with them at the end of the day,
i.e Cardboard boxes, Plastic Tubs, toy packaging etc. Please leave your stall area the way you found it.
