Dear Business Owner,
On Saturday, February 15th, 2014 Hernando Oaks Golf and Country Club will host the
1st Annual James Santella Memorial Golf Tournament, with all proceeds going to the
James Santella Foundation to help fight ALS.
The golf tournament will be a two, three or four-person scramble. The cost will be $75 per
person. Attendance prizes and Contests include; putting, longest drive contest, closest to
the pin, Best Score, Worst Score, Worst Outfit and a 50/50 Raffle will take place at the
tournament.
The purpose of this foundation is to offer financial relief to people in the Hernando
County area with ALS and their families to live fuller lives. The James Santella Foundation
also helps to assist students interested in a future with the fire services in Hernando County
area and to expose students to a rewarding career in the field of Fire Rescue Service.
How Your Charitable Donations Will Benefit Our Cause
 It will help ALS patients and their families cope with the day-to-day challenges that
confront them.
 Help families offset the cost of medication, care and lost income.
 Assist with fees, books and equipment required for the Fire Academy program.
 The Foundation provides tuition assistance to students and families in need
