WRITTEN:
Any and all Music Theory covered this year through page 13 of Book 2 UNLESS
you get at least a 90% on the Music Theory Post-Test (Tuesday, June 6) in which
case that score will also appear as your Written Final Exam grade. If you are
exempt from the Written Final Exam you do not need to attend class on your
Exam day (Tuesday, June 13).
PERFORMANCE:
• If you perform at Graduation then that performance is your Performance Final
Exam score.
• If you do not perform at Graduation then the posted Final Exam Etude is due
on or before your Final Exam day.
AP Music Theory
Students who took the AP Exam – You are exempt from the Final Exam

Chamber Orchestra
WRITTEN:
Any and all Music Theory covered this year through the end of Book 2 UNLESS
you get at least a 90% on the Music Theory Post-Test (Tuesday, June 6) in which
case that score will also appear as your Written Final Exam grade. If you are
exempt from the Written Final Exam you do not need to attend class on your
Exam day (Thursday, June 15). Seniors with a “B” average for the year or better
are exempt from the written portion of the Final Exam regardless of their PostTest score.
PERFORMANCE:
Your performance at Graduation is your Performance Final Exam.
Madrigals
WRITTEN:
Any and all Music Theory covered this year through the end of Book 2 UNLESS
you get at least a 90% on the Music Theory Post-Test (Wednesday, June 7) in
which case that score will also appear as your Written Final Exam grade. If you
are exempt from the Written Final Exam you do not need to attend class on your
Exam day (Wednesday, June 14). Seniors with a “B” average for the year or
better are exempt from the written portion of the Final Exam regardless of their
Post-Test score.
PERFORMANCE:
Your performance at Graduation is your Performance Final Exam.

WRITTEN:
Any and all Music Theory covered this year through page 13 of Book 2 UNLESS
you get at least a 90% on the Music Theory Post-Test (Wednesday, June 7) in
which case that score will also appear as your Written Final Exam grade. If you
are exempt from the Written Final Exam you do not need to attend class on your
Exam day (Friday, June 16) unless you need to play your solo as well (see below).
Seniors with a “B” average for the year or better are exempt from the written
portion of the Final Exam regardless of their Post-Test score.
PERFORMANCE:
You may perform your Final Exam solo any time up to and including your Final
Exam day.
Mixed Chorus
WRITTEN:
Any and all Music Theory covered this year through page 13 of Book 2 UNLESS
you get at least a 90% on the Music Theory Post-Test (Wednesday, June 7) in
which case that score will also appear as your Written Final Exam grade. If you
are exempt from the Written Final Exam you do not need to attend class on your
Exam day (Friday, June 16). Seniors with a “B” average for the year or better are
exempt from the written portion of the Final Exam regardless of their Post-Test
score.
PERFORMANCE:
Your Solo Project (due Monday, June 6) is your Performance Final Exam.
