COLORAMA $25.00 GAME OF CHANCE
1. Rheinpfalz Bowling Association Colorama. Open to adults 18 years & older. USBC Youth
Members may not participate/pace IAW Rule 400 of USBC rule book. Entry fee $25 (cash
only) for a three game event. Foreign currency not authorized. No shadow bowling.
2. Where : Vogelweh Bowling Center. Subject to change.
3. When: 2nd Saturday or as advertised . Registration & strike pot ticket sales begin at 6:00
p.m. Bowling at 7:00. Schedule subject to change.
4. Program: At 6:30 p.m. card draw to first 10 on register. Lucky card spins program wheel to
determine program for play. Winner of card draw may win $15 by bowling 3 strikes on 3
separate lanes before event. If 10 persons are not on register at 6:30, a draw will occur
regardless. Happy Hour spin, awards winner’s in frame 1/game 1 additional $5.
5. Prizes: When a bowler has prize shot, an RBA director MUST announce prize & lane
before throwing ball. If bowler rolls without RBA verification & announcement, that prize
becomes null & void. The bowler must throw natural strike(s) to win. If bowler chooses to
buy Bonus, (Buy Bonus Program) payment must be given (cash only) to RBA director
before throwing ball. If bowler buys spin wheel (Spin 4 Win program), payment must be
given (cash only) and designated wheel IAW prize sheet shall be spun before ball is thrown.
6. Game scores of 201-225 win $2, 226-250 win $3, 251-275 win $4, & 276-299 win $5.
7. Game score of 300 will receive $10 & 1 $10 discount toward entry to be used in the very
next Colorama event. No rain-checks. Subsequent 300’ s award $10.
8. RBA may increase/decrease prize/entry fees. When fewer than 10 players register, RBA
may offer an alternative fun tournament.
9. Wins: RBA director will announce every win & bowler shall receipt prize immediately.
10. While funds/supplies allow, bingo tickets may be given for striking an all white rack (except
for 10-4 Program) or loosing to a money shot. Bingo cards must be played same day
during colorama and are subject to rules of the bowling center. No refunds or replacement
bingo cards.
11. STRIKE POT: Each game offer individual Strike Pots. Tickets cost 2 for $1 & sold in whole
dollar increments. Sales continue until any first ball thrown 4 th frame. During 5th frame RBA
director will begin drawing ticket. Ticket holder will proceed to two separate lanes adjacent of
his/her own and bowl 3 natural strikes to win 100% of jackpot not to exceed $1,199. If
jackpot is not won, a 2nd ticket will be drawn for %50 of pot, (same rules) and bowler must
roll 2 natural strikes. If not won, a 3rd ticket will be drawn for %25 of pot (same rules)
bowling 1 natural strike. Monies not won will carry over to respective game next Colorama
event. Tickets will not be shared. At no time will a prize/strike-pot be paid in excess of
$1,199.
12. LATE BOWLERS: May enter & will take zeros for frames missed. No discounts to bowlers.
13. MANAGEMENT: RBA committee, subject to management of RBA BOD’s, shall have
authority to hear/act on disputes/appeals /protests relating to this event. Decisions are final.
