INAUGURAL
SSA MARQUETTE
3V3 SUMMER
CLASSIC AND
SOCCER CHALLENGE






Field size is 40 yards long by 30 yards wide.
Goals are 4 feet high by 6 feet wide.
No goalies permitted.
Game length consists of two ten minute halves,
with a two minute break between.
Teams are to consist of no more than 5 players.
A complete set of rules will be available on the
website and also available the day of the
tournament.

Knights of Columbus Soccer
Challenge – Kids aged 9-14 can also participate
in the Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge; a
national competition where players earn points by
demonstrating their skill at shooting penalty kicks.
Winners progress to district, regional, state and

Please check-in 30 minutes prior to the start
of your team’s first game. Start times will be
provided to the Team Captain, and will also be
posted on the website.
 Teams not on the appropriate field within
5 minutes of the scheduled start time will
forfeit the match.
 Shin guards must be worn. This is for your
own safety.
 Teams should wear similar colored
jerseys/shirts AND all teams are asked to
bring along white colored jerseys/shirts, in
case of conflict.
 Medals will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd
place teams in each division.
 Concessions will be available on the site.

From West: Take US41 east slight left onto
Washington St. Turn left on Lincoln Ave. Turn

By signing below, every player, and their parent or guardian if the player is under age 18, signifies that each person has read, understands
and abides by this information.

There are risks connected with my participation in this tournament and its related activities. I release and discharge SSA Marquette,
Superiorland Soccer Association and the City of Marquette and any of their volunteers, sponsors, workers, employees and directors from all
actions and demands whatsoever in law and equity, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury from playing in the tournament
and the risk of loss of personal property by theft or otherwise.
Age Groups – determined by the age of the
oldest member of the team as of the date of the
tournament. All players must provide
verification of age at check-in.
Further, I hereby grant full permission for event organizers to record any or all of my participation in this event for photos, motion pictures,
TV, radio, recordings and other media known or unknown and to use them, no matter by whom taken, in any matter to publicity,
promotions, advertising trade or commercial purposes, without any reimbursement of any kind due to me, or the need to pay me any fee.
U8 Coed – Age 8 and Under. Teams can be
composed of either all males, all females or a
combination of both sexes.
U10 Boys – Age 10 and Under.
U10 Girls – Age 10 and Under. Teams must be
comprised of all female players only.
U12 Boys – Age 12 and Under.
U12 Girls – Age 12 and Under. Teams must be
comprised of all female players only.
U14 Boys – Age 14 and Under.
U14 Girls – Age 14 and Under. Teams must be
comprised of all female players only.
U16 Boys – Age 16 and Under.
U16 Girls – Age 16 and Under. Teams must be
comprised of all female players only.
U18 Boys – Age 18 and Under.
U18 Girls –Age 18 and Under. Teams must be
comprised of all female players only.
Adult Men – Age 19 and over.
Adult Women – Age 19 and over. Teams must
be comprised of all female players only.
Teams will be guaranteed 3 games!
Organizers reserve the right to move teams in order to
form complete divisions, and close divisions as
registrations fill up.
