Terms and Conditions – Conditions of Entry
1.
This promotion is being run by Twin Towns Services Club Ltd.
2.
This promotion will be for members and guests of Twin Towns Services Club, over the age of 18 years.
3.
This promotion will be conducted exclusively at Twin Towns Services Club – Tweed Events, 2 Wharf Street Tweed
Heads, NSW 2485

This promotion will commence on Monday 2 January 2017, and conclude at 3pm (AEST) on Sunday 12 March 2017.
5.
The winner of this promotion “Win Your Dream Wedding” will win a wedding at Twin Towns Services Club – Tweed
Events, to the value of $10,000*(conditions apply)

The prize will be drawn at the conclusion of the Wedding Open, Sunday 12 March 2017, held in Tweed Events, Level 3
of Twin Towns Services Club at 3pm EST.
7.
The winner must be present at the time of draw to claim the prize – as stipulated under the mechanics of the draw.
8.
The winners name will be announced, and used for promotional purposes within selected Twin Towns publications.
9.
Entry into the “Win your dream wedding” can be done by;
a.
Booking and attending a free site inspection of the wedding services and rooms available within Tweed Events.
On conclusion of inspection, one entry only per inspection will be awarded to place in the “Wedding Barrel”
located in the Events office, along with one (1) “Twin Towns” branded ring box, which can be used on the day
of the Wedding Expo to gain an additional entry. Maximum one per person.
b.
Any follow up site inspections will not warrant another entry into the promotion.
c.
Register and attend the Tweed Events Wedding open day held on Sunday 12 March. Each registered person

will receive one entry ticket to the promotion. Persons who have attended both inspection and open day will
be entitled to one entry for each.
d.
The most entries a single person may achieve in the promotion is three (3).
10. Booking a site inspection can be done by calling the Twin Towns Events Department on 1800 015 015 or by emailing

11. When undertaking a site inspection, the applicant document must be completely filled with required details.
12. Registering for the Wedding Expo is done on the day at the designated desk located on Level 3 before 2pm EST.
13. The total value of the prize includes Twin Towns Services – Tweed Events standard pricing consisting of wedding
packages comprising of room hire, food, glass of sparkling on arrival (up to a maximum of 10L total, theming,
entertainment, lighting, and up to two (2) nights’ accommodation for the bride and groom only at Twin Towns Mantra.
14. Should the wedding package fall short of the $10,000 prize value, no cash, credit, refund or transfer of funds will occur.
15. In the event that the prize exceeds the initial prize value, the winner will be aware that they will cover this excess.
16. All weddings, budgets and operations will include the services of a wedding specialist from the Tweed Events
department. This will only include those items relating to services won in clause 13 of the terms and conditions.
17. The winning prize is only transferrable between immediate family, consisting of mother/father, son/daughter,
brother/sister. Proof of relationship may be needed upon any transfer. The promoter, Twin Towns Services Club,
retains all rights and decisions regarding the transfer of the prize. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
18. The prize must be redeemed and used with 24 months of being won.
19. Booking confirmation must be made within 12 months of being drawn.
20. By entering the promotion, you approve that Twin Towns Services – Tweed Events may send you promotional material
for Weddings and Events.
21. Directors, Management and Staff are not eligible to enter
22. A full copy of these terms and conditions can be found on the promoter’s website, at the entry location and within the
Tweed Events office.
23. Weddings booked during the promotion are still eligible to enter, with the prize amount being considered against their
existing booking value.

Draw Mechanism
1.

On the day of the Wedding Expo, Sunday 12 March 2017 within the Tweed Events rooms at Twin Towns Services, all
entries and registrations must be made before 2pm EST.
2.
All entries will be combined from the expo and site visits into one main barrel.
3.
Five (5) entries will be drawn out and each present person will receive a sealed ring box on stage within the Tweed
Events milling area.
4.
Once all five participants have been drawn and are on stage, the host will ask them to simultaneously open their
individual wedding ring boxes. The person whom opens a ring box containing a GOLD ring, will be declared the winner
of the “Win Your Dream Wedding” competition.
5.
Should the winner not accept the prize, the draw will take place again using ALL entries, and one single winner will be
drawn.
