approved by clients on a timely basis. Ensure project final documents system is in place and maintained timely and regularly. Address all
QA QC related issues and resolved efficiently & and in a timely manner.
HSE: A focal point for project HSE matters either individually or as a team. Ensure compliance of HSE requirements, Client HSEQ
Policies, procedures, and client HSE requirements. Provide direction to a team of Project HSE Advisors. Monitor HSE performance on
project with adequate HSE visibility throughout lifespan of project. Ensure subcontractors' HSE standards are aligned to Project
procedures and provide support for improvement. Ensure competence and training compliance reviews are conducted for project. Ensure
development, maintenance of Project HSE documentation including Project HSE Plans, HSE Training Plans, and Project HSE Interfaces.
Ensure appropriate Project Emergency Response plan is in place. Participate in HSE audits. Review & monitor “Project Risk registers”.
Ensure personnel are provided with appropriate environmental advice covering significant environmental aspects, and project hazardous
substance assessments are in place. Implement & monitor Client corporate KPI's as part of the project HSE plan. Behavioural based
