Pool Play– Games are 14 Minute halves with running clock. Clock will only under 2 minutes on dead balls

Two 30-second timeouts will be awarded each game , will not carry over
Pre-Game warmup will be limited to 5 minutes
If a court is running behind, it may be necessary to shorten warmup or halftime
Halftime will be limited to 2 minutes.
Overtime will be limited to 2 minutes with One 30 second timeout; any additional overtime needed will
be limited to 1 minute with 1 30 second timeout. Running clock only stops on dead balls or fouls

Team foul must reach 7 for bonus and 10 for double bonus
Mercy Rule: If a team has a lead of 20+ points , the clock will not stop
Any technical will result in automatic two points and possession of ball to non-technical team.
Players or coaches with tournament issued participation wristbands will allowed in bench area. Violation
will result in technical or excused from tournament
Any player, coach, sponsor, fan receiving 2 technical fouls is excused from the game and will not
play/coach in the next game or excused from tournament play.
Each team MUST clean their bench area after each game
Preferred Teams have home and away uniforms
Each team is required to have a person to sit at the scorer’s table to keep your team’s score and clock.
Ballin For a Cause will provide a Third person to oversee the table.
Ballin for a Cause has a zero tolerance police in reference to profane language or obscene behavior. Any player,
coach or supporter committing an act will be ejected from the game and disqualified for the remainder of the
tournament. Ejected players/team personnel will be required to immediately leave the tournament and venue and
if circumstances warrant will remanded by local law enforcement. Player, Team personnel or support violating our
policy will be banned from any future Ballin for a Cause events.
TIE BREAKERS: in the event of a tie for Championship seeding purposes.

LATENESS
1. After the tournament issued warmup the game clock will start. There will be 2 points against the late
team every minute. After 10 minutes of lateness the game will be officially schedule as a forfeit. – 20
Points and Loss will be allotted to the late team.
